After placing my order I received regular updates regarding the Royal Mail postal strikes. When it looked like my parcel wasn't going to arrive in time the company resent my order and told IF the original order turned up treat it as a gift. Now not many would do that! The new delivery arrived and was speedily wrapped for Santa. 3 days later the original order arrived. I have put this one aside and will post back after Christmas when there's no chance of a postal strike as I feel, to show appreciation, they helped me so I'll help them. I will definitely be looking forward to using this company again. Above and beyond in the whole process.

Great communication from the company as well when handling delivery options due to the strikes.

Will certainly be shopping with casedintime in the near future. First class customer service, there was delays with Royal Mail no fault of their own however I was kept informed all the way until the end of the process! Highly recommend and rate the product very highly.

The package arrived quickly and in great condition. The company was quick to re ship another one due to the mail strikes without even being asked. The product looks great and has good craftsmanship and my husband should love it for Christmas.

First time ordering with Casedintime and can honestly say the service has been amazing. Kept up to date with order and postage from start to finish by emails. Product is amazing. And I got a pack of free Haribo which makes it even better 😆.

I ordered a watch case for my husband for Christmas, I received an email to say it had been dispatched under 24 hour tracking with Royal Mail, unfortunately the strikes then hit and I heard nothing from RM. The company kept in contact (without me needing to contact them first) explaining the situation and how they were trying to look in to where my product was. Unfortunately it seemed to be AWOL so they sent another which reached me within 24 hours. They said the original may turn up and if so to keep it as a gift from them, a week or so later my original order did appear. Luckily my husband does actually have 2 watches so in the long run very helpful. The product is great but the company communication and help was excellent considering they had absolutely no control once the product had left them.

Having received the case, it is very well made and protects my watch perfectly in my bag whilst I travel. Would definitely recommend and will be buying another at some point.
