A BIG scam

A BIG scam, they send you an IKEA-like kit but with the exception that ikea at least gives you holes and such to put together. In here you basically have to build it yourself and would be cheaper if you buy the wood and pieces to make it. A BIG SCAM,

More options and a customer note would be nice

Would be nice to be able to specify where the flip handels should come on the case. OR be able to leave a note along with the order so to specify you will attach the flip handles yourself.
Long closing joint profiles were not attached steadily (missing rivets).
It would be good that the flight case builder is conscious that the ENTIRE WEIGHT transported in the case will hang on the butterlfy catch (!!) when you lift the case.
So, additional options are welcome.
For the rest, the case is nice and compliant with the description.

A great find!

A great find!
Casebuilder's kit system and web design tool allowed me to create a case to transport my model ship at a very reasonable price. Their friendly and helpful staff gave me advice over the phone and my order was delivered within a week. The case was easy to build with a minimum of tools and the finished result is superb. Thank you Casebuilder!

Good Service

Having had a classical education I find difficulty in filling in the details "incorrectly" for the computer to register my details. I have a natural inbuilt grammar which doesn't work as I tend to leave gaps and put in punctuation which does not work with many suppliers order forms. Case builder quickly replied to my email advising me of the correct method for their needs.
