I had placed an order from this company in November 2025 and it is now April 2026 and I still haven’t received the clothes I had ordered.I had sent Dm’s on Tiktok and Instagram and even on the owners personal Instagram and I still haven’t gotten any information back on my order.The set cost nearly £100 and that’s not cheap for a pierce of clothing in this economy.The design of the set is pretty basic and I can probably find the same design elsewhere.Please save your money and buy else where.It seems like the only give good customer service to influencers.I am so upset.I have begged for a refund multiple times but they refuse to communicate.I just want my money back honestly.I tried to do a charge back however,they lied to the bank and said they had sent out my order when they hadn’t.I didn’t even receive a tracking number.

however, shipping was longer than expected

even though it was already a preorder, shipping was still slightly delayed and communication was okay

Ordered it in October Black Friday sale it March 2026 and it’s only just been posted out to me (still haven’t got it) least the seller could have done is send it via next day delivery considering how long it has taken…..

I recently ordered a two-piece set from Cas Collection and unfortunately had a disappointing experience.

Delivery took over a week and I had to chase them myself for tracking information before it was sent. When the item arrived, the trousers were extremely long. Their bio states “tall girl friendly,” which I understood to mean suitable for tall girls, not exclusively designed for them. However, the length was so excessive that they are unwearable for someone who is 5’1 without major tailoring, which would change the design of the trousers.

When I contacted customer service, I was told they don’t offer refunds, only exchanges or store credit. This isn’t very helpful if the brand’s sizing doesn’t suit you in the first place. I was also told that some petite customers just get the trousers tailored, but tailoring costs extra and alters the original fit.

Overall, the communication, sizing clarity, and return policy were disappointing. Cute set, but definitely not short-girl friendly. I would only recommend this brand if you are tall or prepared to pay for alterations.

Perfect length for tall girlies and the material is amazing! Will be ordering in every colour.

I love this set down. Soo comfortable material is good quality. It’s a nice fitted material. I’m 5’5 and deffo have to get it tailored as it is very much tall girl friendly:)

Shipped very quickly, I think they shipped same day I ordered!!! Which was helpful as I was very excited about the purchase. Think it came in a good couple days earlier than it was expected.

The overall experience buying was good however the items don’t fit, I’m normally a M/L in most clothes. I have a M in yagi tracksuit for reference (note this one has a stretch) but I noted the sizing recommendations on the site said this has no stretch so I decided I’d order XL instead just to be on the safe side and get it tailored if it’s too baggy however! It’s veryyy tight and not comfortable due to the material!!

ONE THING I WILL SAY IS ITS TALL GIRL FRIENDLY!!! The major thing I was worried about is that trousers and arms never fit me nicely as I’m very tall (6ft.1) and the trousers acc went down passed my ankles almost all the way to the floor! Good enough for me as it didn’t have that weird swinging look! Never the less it’s too tight and can’t move in it well

Unfortunately they don’t do refunds only store credit or exchanges are accepted which won’t work for me if the biggest size doesn’t fit which isn’t ideal.

I think the quality of the material didn’t feel worth the actual price?(got mine on sale) Which was a bit disappointing especially considering they don’t offer refunds :/
BUT the clothes designs are very cute and the brand seems very well organised would just love to see more accurate sizing!

The price compared to the quality of the clothes is wow thought it’d be cheap material but I’m so impressed can’t wait to get more stuff

Ordered a monet set in black. Arrived fast but not sure the set itself matches. The top and the bottoms are different shades of black which is ashame

I’ve ordered 5+ items from cas,i’m happily and proudly a CAS gurl.
The Zariah set in Mocha fits perfectly and is tall girl friendly.
Gotten a lot of compliments wearing this!

I understand that the brand mentions the outfit has minimal stretch and is tall-girl friendly, which is totally fine. However, speaking from personal experience, I just wouldn’t recommend this to anyone on the shorter side.

The sizing is way off in my opinion. I ordered a medium, and while I expected a snug fit, it was extremely tight at the front, especially in the private area. The jacket that came with it was a small, which didn’t fit at all.

Even with the note that items can be tailored, I feel like the sizing chart doesn’t reflect how the outfit actually fits. It’s quite misleading for someone who isn’t super tall. I’m under 5’11”, and the proportions just didn’t work for me at all.

If you’re tall, this may work better for you, but for anyone shorter or in-between sizes, I’d really suggest reconsidering or at least sizing way up. Just sharing this so others can avoid the same disappointment I had

My first time purchasing a beanie, and I absolutely love how it looks on my head! It gives off such a clean vibe—perfect for any outfit. Definitely need more colorways because I want this in every color. I’ll be waiting, Miss Cass!!!
