Beware - Very Little Flavor (Alta)
Beware, a few drops of bitters in some club soda would have _more_ flavor than these sodas (I bought 24 cans of Alta). I really wanted to like these, the idea of a bitter Amaro inspired soda without tons of sugar and fake "natural" flavors is fantastic, but Casamara Club does not actually deliver. The flavor is so weak, if you garnish with a citrus zest or even just pour over ice you will taste approximately nothing. The can-to-can variation is noticeable, while some had the barely perceptible flavor, some were almost entirely flavorless. Not worth >= $3 / can for me, and would be hard to serve with a straight face as a special treat for NA friends or at a dinner party. The website makes statements like "bold," "intense" and "...alcohol free take on the quintessential Italian aperitif, the Negroni." Sadly my experience was none of these.
