The owner of Casago in New Smyrna…

The owner of Casago in New Smyrna Beach, Florida is Tim Smith. He **falsely** accused us of having a pet on the property. Tim called the police to have us evicted. The police officer offered Tim a reasonable request to allow us to stay the night and leave in the morning since it was past 10pm and our daughters (4 and 6 years old) were asleep in the house. Tim Smith refused and had us evicted. Unreasonable man. Do not do business with this person.
