Takes your money and nothing sent,can’t contact them

Item never arrived and no response from support email even after repeated emails.

Stay away from this company it is not based in the uk . They have taken my money no response from customer service still not received my item , it’s been 2 weeks having to claim back on my credit card . THIS PLACE IS A SCAM

This is a Scam company, they sell garbage at inflated costs and ignore refunds. You will not get anything like your order, nor your money back. DISGUSTING SCAMMERS

Please avoid purchasing anything from this company! They are scammers! I purchased a fountain and was sent a garden ornament! Completely useless! Customer service is a joke and they never answer! I am currently sending 2 emails a day to just clog the system up and get them annoyed in the hope I get my money back! PLEASE PLEASE Do not!! use this company!

Scam company advertising as UK based but actually run from China. The item I received was a cheap crap replica and not what was on the photo. Paid £40 and they sent something that you can buy on temu for £10. Very unhelpful at issuing a refund. DONT BUY FROM THIS

Fake item from fake website. These are con artists in China. They 'sold' me an idust mite cleaner. It arrived unbranded although their website has "TM" next to its product image, as trade mark, but its fake. It doesnt even work as I charged it up and it ran for less than 90 seconds and the battery was flat and it shut off. I have provided evidence of this and said I want a refund and all they do is ignore you. So do not go anywhere near their scamming website and crappy inferior goods. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Chinese scammers. As other reviews have said, this website is selling Temu quality items at high end prices. I bought an ultrasonic jewellery cleaner for £50, it’s nothing but cheap crap. Quality is horrific, company is refusing to refund as not defective. Avoid!

The high pressure shower head was no better than standard shower head. Then they negotiated the money back guarantee to 60%. China based scammers!

Absolute garbage product. Cheap quality, not worth amount charged. Wish I had read these reviews first.

Overpriced and sub par quality. I wanted to return shower heads as not as happy with quality and didn’t perform as they described. No prepaid return slip in package but states it will on website. Their returns department is based in China (it’s an ecommerce drop ship company outsourcing lots of services). Offered to pay for postage to send to their warehouse in Aus - they said I can only send to China and offered a 30% or 50% refund. Great scam for them I paid $160 for 4 shower heads and filters (def not worth it shocking quality) refunded me $80 as accepted 50% had no choice and they kept my other $80.

They are a scam..do not purchase. Not even in Australia. Product quality is disgusting

This shop is charging top quality prices so for trash products sent direct from China. You'd find equal or better quality on Temu for about 10% of what they're charging. It didn't help that one of my items didn't arrive and I had to email them photographs to prove it. That was 10 days ago and it still hasn't arrived because it's being shipped from China. Another item I bought (hair dryer wall mount) is that flimsy I'm not even going to use it, it's going in the trash I'd be embarrassed to have it on my wall for the 5 minutes before it'd fall off. If I could give this shop negative stars I would. It's that bad.
