DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!! This company is a ghost! they take your money and disappear. I have ordered a pouf on the 15th of May 2023. I was supposed to receive it within few days - they said "Expédition 24h à 48H | Colissimo avec Tracking à Domicile" - it's been 5 months now, and i still didn't receive my order. I contacted them so many times but no one replied back, i called them so many times but no one answered. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

CASACONFO IS A SCAM

2nd of April I have ordered a xxl bbq, delivery time would be 2 days. Apparently 2 days after the product arrived from China in France… that is already questionable but fine for me that the delivery time is 40-45 days.
According to Melanie (sending emails via gmail address which is already a signal) the delivery was delayed but 3 June latest I would receive my bbq. As a service I would receive some kitchen stuff.
After 3 June no contact possible with Melanie anymore, via the site not possible to get contact and the phone number is just a automatic answer machine.
Just a scam!!!
Don’t onder anything from this company, your money will be gone.
