The tolerance of my old age processing of information and the tools available, impressed me the most. At no stage was I made to feel ignorant when I put an item in my cart, in lieu of a Wishlist, and left it there until I could afford to proceed. I was offered incentives and positive reminders, and ultimately arrived at the point in time where I could go ahead with the purchase. The products are unsurpassed so I will continue to shop with Casa.

summer blankets
I have purchased 2 blankets so far and I love them. They are comfortable, just the right coverage for this hot summer. They wash up beautifully and come out nice and soft. I have 2 mor orders out there, it does take a bit of time for me to receive them but the company is quick to respond to any questions or problems.

Exceptional Service and Fantastic Communication and Beautiful Curtains
I had made a mistake and ordered the wrong sized curtains. I went into a meltdown and immediately notified the Customer Service Team when I realized what I'd done, which was a day or two later, I might add. Shan was absolutely amazing and within a couple of days my mistake had been rectified. I'm just so happy with the service, the communication and my Gleam Chic Blackout Curtains are beautiful.
