I purchased 2 shower mats and a grip bar for the shower. I had a bit of trouble initially with the showers mats but received instant support from the team. Once I followed the advice and avoided the suction cups being placed over grout lines, the mats are very secure. The grip bar attaches very easily to shower wall. Although I don't need that yet, I feel better that I've got these aids before I have a fall, not after. I'm very impressed with the products and even more impressed with the support given.

I saw your ads on YouTube. I really liked one of the blankets that was in many of the ads (the one with navy blue on one side and a cream color on the reverse).Both sides have beautiful flowers in bold colors. After seeing the ad many times, I ordered it. It came last week - I love it - it fits our bed perfectly. I was sent emails informing me of the shipping status - all around a good buying experience. The quality is very good and it was delivered faster than I thought it would be.

Good quality items that last the distance! I love Casa. I have blankets and pillow slips. The pillow slips are perfect, and they make them with the seam in the middle, so your pillow doesn't fall out while using and they look fantastic. Can't get enough of CASA!

Terrible company
Ordered a dog bed, and it was terrible quality. Company argued with me about returning it, and initially would not provide a return address. Their website says “hassle free returns”, which is not true. 4 emails back and forth later, the return address was provided, but I had to pay return shipping which was over $300 for a $70 dog bed. Ridiculous. It’s been a long time since I’ve had such a disappointing and terrible experience buying something online. Terrible company.
