Steer clear

Bought a car and now requires a new engine within the 6 month warranty period. Carwayss is refusing any obligation or cooperation whatsoever so now have to take the legal route, which will take time and cost money, leaving me without a car in the meantime.

They talk a good talk when trying to sell you a vehicle, making promise after promise, but they have exposed themselves as the scam outfit that they are!!

Highly disappointed and would advise any prospective buyers to steer clear!!

I would have given zero star if i could. Please do not purchase a vehicle from this scammers. They sold me a car that doesn't even belong in a scrapyard. I have had to rely on the financial ombudsman and a law firm to deal with them and the finance company.

AVOID - HAD TO TAKE THESE TO COURT AND WON 2020

Purchased a car that I thought was of satisfactory standard only to find out it was in limp mode.

They refused a refund as requested within 30 days and also refused to repair the car at no cost to per as per legal rights under the consumer act. Had to fork out under £700 to get it fixed, which it should’ve been the standard when I bought it.

Took them to court and had a judgement (CCJ) issued against the company on 29/1/2020.

They failed to pay immediately as per judgement and escalated it to high court enforcement. Writ was granted to seize assets to pay debt.

They also like to leave fake reviews shortly just after a negative one.

They don't care about your legal rights. Luckily I stood up to mine
