Ordered Milton Buff bricks from Carvers online it shows a golden creamy colour upon delivery they were Red Bricks. When I called and asked them about the bricks. There response was yeah there should be a few of the cream ones in them you need to mix them with the red. If I wanted to mix my bricks I would have ordered mix bricks. After returning the bricks I was refunded my money back but after they deducted nearly over £500, claiming that's for re stocking cost.

They had to restock because of there own fault the website was showing different pictures. Total Scam I would never order from them again as I've just been scammed and out of pocket.

Ordered 6 x 25kg Bags of limestone chippings.
Turned up on a pallet with nails sticking up, bags ripped and soaking wet.

Advised the delivery driver I could not get rid of a wooden pallet.

Had to hand carry the bags into the Garage trying to keep the contents from falling out.

No assistance from the delivery driver except a comment "watch that bag its ripped as well"

My clothing got covered in lime.

The chipping ordered were for a Garage Roof hence I faced further issues when carrying the bags up a set of ladders. (Wet leaking Bags)

Raised the matter with Carvers.

"Spoken to the Yard Foreman to inform his Staff to make sure any pallets with nails in them are hammered down and not sticking up to prevent this happening again."

So, Carvers the one-star review is well earned.

I’ve recently switched supply of my LPG gas to Carvers and their service has been amazing. Quick to answer the phone and take time to explain things and answer any questions I have. Highly recommend

I've used carvers for years- the team is professional, direct, and if you know what you are doing they come through for you. Had a (first) dodgy delivery (after dozens of what i needed), sorted within 24 hours.

Wow. This is probably the most organized and helpful builders merchants in the UK. Emailed them last night. Phoned them first thing. Got an answer straight away. Put through and they already knew I had emailed them. So very helpful. Advised on what I really needed. Checked their stock. Confirmed with me they'd got them. Arranged for my brother to pick up. Payment made easy. My brother was so impressed with the place. He said they were so we'll organized. Even got a cafe... I thoroughly recommend this company. I'll definitely use them again. Thank you for restoring my faith in your industry.

I fuel up with lpg from this company and i can say with confidence they are brilliant.
There prices are great and they don't take advantage of price hikes giving them an edge over there local customer base.
I am West Bromwich based and i travel to Wolverhampton to refuel, a long trek of 12 miles round trip and because there prices are well below the average its worth it with a average saving of £9.00 per fill up on my car and approx £14.50 per fill up on my recovery truck lpg powered. It all adds up considering i fill up car once a week and truck 3 times a week.......💰

Excellent customer service. What a great experience after B&Q. Had everything we wanted in stock and able to deliver when we needed. Polite, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Will always go here in future.
