I ordered football boots and paid 80.00 euros for them. No shipping No tracking Nothing they just disappeared. No replies to my emails No one answers the phone. This was a pure SCAM. Stay well clear of this jokers. China Again No doubt!!!

This goddamn place is literally bullshit.They took $105 from me over 2 1/2 months ago and now their website has magically disappeared.

Ordered shoes in August, it’s now December I still haven’t received them, emailed the company multiple times and no reply not happy!!

Product arrived damaged and refused a refund or exchange. Did not respond to emails. I would give no stars if it was an option. I paid over $150 for a pair of sneakers that are no good to me.

I ordered a pair of shoes for around 134 pounds in August. I am located in Australia and understand that items will take longer to ship due to being in different countries. However, it is now mid November and I STILL have not received the shoes. Every time I accessed the website it has said the shoes has been shipped out on the 8th of August but there was NEVER any more updates on where the parcel was. Now, when I try to access the website it say it is unavailable and to try again later. It has said this for about a month now! I am so so disappointed and frustrated. I want my money back. I can’t even get into contact with the website as they never sent an email confirmation only a text message. Please either give me what I paid for, or give me a refund. I’ve had it.

I was very surprised that on Oct 16th I bought a pare of trainers to my son, paid £144 but never received, tried to contact them numerous times by email as there is no phone. They say address London E6 2JA High Street North but I checked does not show as Carvanmart. The site now says store currently unavailable. I will report it. Hope nobody falls on their dishonest business.

My daughter saved up all her money for an expensive pair of Nike trainers only to find they hadn't shipped them and then stopped replying to emails.Notice the site has shut I hope so no more tears for other shoppers.My daughter is so angry now but she's learnt very quickly about SCAM sites

Worst site for order..I have order An item from their site and they did not wanted to help me to change it I did not asked for Many just to make a change in size. And what they have Done?? They have blocked me

Scam site. Ordered a shoes about 40 days ago. Never arrived. Sent some mails but nobody replay. Don’t buy from this site!

This company is a scam ..placed order on 22nd August. Said it was shipped on 26th August ..On writing this review the date is 24th October and no trainers !! Have e-mailed several times with no reply ..avoid this company at all costs ..I give it zero stars !! Do not believe the good reviews ..AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

13 YO daughter bought a pair of adidas spezials having saved up for them only for them to arrive after about 3 weeks and find they were crappy dupes. At the time almost all the reviews were positive (obviously also fake)

SCAM! This website is fraudulent. DO NOT purchase from it! You won’t receive your items. My bank is currently investigating my transaction (a pair of shoes that haven’t arrived).

SCAM! DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE! Despite its professional looking website, easily found on Google, this is all a CON. I ordered a pair of Nike trainers, order confirmed immediately and money in full taken next day with dispatch within 10 working days. NO! Never dispatched and never replies to repeated emails or calls or requests for refunds. I have reported them, among many others, to Trading Standards and my bank as a sophisticated scam.

Ordered a pair of Pegasus 41 on the 15th of September. Was told 10 days delivery. Received the runners today the 10th of October. My emails to the company were ignored. The runners are fake and the sizing is wrong. I will attempt to return them but assume I will have no response again. Do not order from this company.

I bought trainers from this company on 16th September, delivery said 6-10 days I have been waiting over 3 weeks and still no package has arrived, I have text, called and emailed the company and been ignored every time! I have tracked my item and it hasn't moved since the 28th September, if I could give no stars then I would, I have asked for my money back and still been ignored! Worst company I have ever bought from! I have exhausted every avenue of getting in contact with them for it all to fall on deaf ears!

I rarely write reviews but now feel compelled as a warning to other would-be buyers. This is a SCAM company that fails to deliver items, makes up excuses that appears to be the same as has been given to many others, promises a refund within 10 days, and you never see your money again. Contact your bank and seek assistance that you’ve been scammed and they will reverse the transaction back to your bank account.
