Excellent customer service and support

Excellent customer service and support. When I showed Richard a printed page and a photo of the ink levels in my printer he provided me with guidance to fix the problem. When that didn't fully work he offered to take the printer to complete advanced overnight cleaning programs. That worked and saved me buying a new printer. Richard wouldn't take any payment but mentioned a customer review would be nice. Excellent customer service and support from Richard at cartridge green, 1 Novara avenue, bray, county wicklow, Ireland.
