When I finally got to Marina at CartPanda I got my refund under the merchant's 60 day guarantee policy, she was great after she recognized the problem, but it took two months of dealing with the merchant to get to CartPanda. All's well that ends well.

This medication did not go well with my diabetes. I was told to return the product, which I did. As time went on, I figured the company was stalling to avoid returning my money. And that is exactly what happened.
However, if you are persistent, and continue to send emails to everyone on any correspondence, you will eventually get the refund which I did, 3 1/2 months later.

I stand by my previous review. The pills do not do what they say they will. The company does not do what they say they will so therefore that's why if I can give them a lower rating I would but it only allows for a certain rating. I stand by my review
Cartpanda is an absolute scam. My mom bought an item back in January for roughly ~$700, she returned it later that month. Fast forward to today she still has yet to receive her money from the return. When I call them they say they "never received a phone call"??? related to the return and kept dodging the question as to whether or not they received the product. When I provided them with the tracking label for the return
They kept saying "it's over the 60 day return limit" EVEN THOUGH she returned it within 30 days of receiving it. When I asked to speak to a supervisor they kept saying "oh they're all in a meeting" and then hung up on me. When I called back from the same number they had blocked it. I called back on a different number, explained everything again and they gave me the same run around, hung up on me and blocked that number too. Avoid these scammers at all cost.
I paid for my order through Cartpanda.com and cancelled my order. I received my refund via Cartpanda within minutes of my request. I cannot fault the Cartpanda Customer Service.

I am a Cortpanda customer. I bought a few products using it. Usually I didn't have any problems.
But last time I bought some supplements and my doctor
didn't recommend me to use them. I returned them and forgot to asked for a refund. When I remembered it was to close to Return policy end. It took me a while to solve the problem. Thanks, the Support team member Louis Souza, who responsibly studied all details and helped me. I received my full refund.

After purchasing a product I found online, I decided to request a full refund. Cartpanda honored their commitment, and I was given a full refund rather quickly. I did have to return the product on my dime, but I am very satisfied with the way they handled my request. I will continue to do business with them in the future.

The customer, the company I bought the pills and returned had started blocking me so they didn't have to send me my refund and luckily I reached out to cart panda who got right back to me said they would help me right away and then the next day I had my money by just giving a tracking number. So my faith has been restored and purchasing online.

I had a major issue with one of the products I bought that just wasn't what it was made up to be. I wrote to Cartpanda and Bofi responded almost immediately. She went above and beyond to help resolve my issue and was able to get me a refund very quickly.

Product was supposed to ship in 2 days. I emailed asking and gave them 2 more days. Because it didn't ship in stated time they gave 3 options to resolve it. They do respond fairly quickly and take responsibility if there are issues.

I needed to have some details verified in regard to refunds, so I contacted Cartpanda's customer service. I was pleasantly surprised when they answered my request very quickly. They were very understanding, helpful and I feel they went out of their way to assist me.
I was used to other companies' customer service taking days to get back to me, but in this case, it was the opposite. I would definitely recommend them, and I look forward to doing business with them again.

I purchased a product called gelatide for $315.99 on February 27th, 2026. I was given a 100% money back guarantee so I went ahead with the purchase. Obviously I didn't research well enough to realize what a scam they are running. They make their money through fraudulent advertising to seemingly be trustworthy. I make/made all of my money through hard work of 50+ years!
I followed all steps required to receive my refund. I shipped the product back and have the return receipt that they received. So many emails and hardly enough responses later, I have been assured that my refund has processed successfully. After three trips to my bank to discuss this they have not received anything for this refund that the company lied about. I am 66, soon to be blessed to reach 67 and have never encountered such outright liars!
I have always believed in people and try harder each day to continue believing but when companies such as Cartpanda come along it is a stiff kick in the behind to realize that scamming, fraudulent promises and lying are all a part of today's society to lie to make their money for their own personal profit! So not only have I been cheated out of and stolen from and additional shipping fees(which should rightfully be my expense)to line others pockets as their paycheck, they have demoralized the sanctity of mine, and obviously others, belief in honest trade practices!
I'm so blessed to have raised children that also continue with these beliefs but it is a sad day to warn them of such lowly practices that this company and certainly others have to be researched THOROUGHLY before losing their hard earned monies!
This site is very reactive about our demands, that is very comfortable for people who live fare away….
