We appreciate you reaching out. We’ve looked back through our September records to see what happened here, as we definitely don't want a customer feeling left behind.

Our system shows that your order was actually prepared and dispatched the very next business day. According to the tracking details, the parcel was successfully delivered shortly after. Because we haven't heard from you since the order was placed, we weren't aware there was any issue.

Is it possible the parcel was tucked away somewhere or perhaps confused with another delivery?
