Well other than never receiving my order the customer service was good. My order was shipped to the wrong address, but customer service made sure I was reimbursed promptly. I decided not to take a chance and reorder again so I just took the refund.

I'm still waiting for my cutters 6 weeks now .I have sent emails 3 or4 times and never heard from the co. They charged my charge card 1st day and also charged $6.99 shipping and another $1.99 charge? Which was supposed to be free. Not good!

I ordered the car polish product a bit to quick and requested a cancellation. The order had been shipped already but they offered a refund anyway without any questions. However after at least 4 reminders to their customer service who have a 12 hour response policy not a single response has been received. Their AI robot has been built to frustrate and draw the customer into a vicious circle of exasperation. Is CARTORYA for "real" ? Cannot even manage to cancel my order and get a credit on my card. Wake up guys if you care and provide a response to my order CRTY-580123. This is a family set of 2 Peelers and 2 Juliens.

Finally the product arrived bt nor as illustrated in their internet ad. Packaging not the same but four paper unmarked boxes. The rivets securing metal look to be crude and unreliable. How do I return this forfull refung. If it isnot visually reliable, it will not perform toexpectation. TAKE IT BACK.
