Told craig exactly what i needed and he took me straight to the perfect product!. He obviously knows his stuff so saved a lot of time..
I wanted a precise mattress and style of bed and got exactly what i asked for..worth every penny!!

Having purchased from Bed City on a couple of occasions previously, we popped in recently to look for a new mattress for our bed. As before, the staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the products in the showroom. They gave good advice based on what we said we needed and suggested several mattresses to try. We were then left alone to sample the beds at our leisure, there was no pressure and no hovering salesperson, which is exactly the approach we like. We finally made our decision and happily placed an order. We were very happy with the service we received and would thoroughly recommend the company.

We really hadn't expected to be able to choose our replacement bed in one visit, but the whole experience, the advice and expertise proved otherwise!
A relaxing, calm atmosphere, superb choice, and realistic pricing all combined to turn what might have been a fraught situation into a relaxed decision.

Just purchased a footstool to go with Alstons sofa we purchased from Carters in January - Malcolm who sold us the sofa was once again extremely helpful - just great service from a family business

So much time was given to us to select the correct mattress for myself with no sales pressure at all with the complicated health issues I have . Also I feel we had great value for money without all the balloons and sales gimmicks of larger retailers we had visited.

Excellent service, not rushed, good product knowledge and advice. Prices reasonable with other retailers.

Sally was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and answered all my questions, giving me the options, so that I could make an informed decision.
The date for delivery was explained, and kept to.
The delivery crew were very pleasant, careful, and put it all together in a timely fashion.

From start to finish, Paul was so helpful. His knowledge of beds is seriously impressive: who knew there was so much to know! Paul listened to what we wanted and gave the perfect advice which resulted in us finding the perfect bed! Here’s to a better night’s sleep!
