My 8-year-old came down with a throat infection over the Christmas holidays, so we visited our family GP. We saw the doctor at 5:35 pm on Friday, January 2nd, and by 5:50 pm Carters had received the request for antibiotics. I called to ask if they could dispense the medication and let them know I’d collect it before their 6 pm closing. The staff were incredible, keeping the doors open until I arrived. While most businesses would be winding down for the day, the team at Carters went above and beyond to process the request, and I can’t thank them enough.

Our family has been using Carter’s Pharmacy for many years, largely because of the personal touch and caring service they consistently provide. The staff always take the time to check in on elderly customers—many of whom are unable to visit in person—and make sure their medications are up to date. They truly go above and beyond to ensure you’re happy with the service. The owner, in particular, has a warm and friendly personality that makes every visit a pleasant experience.

It's so important for the local community to support small businesses like Carter’s Pharmacy, especially one that has been a valued part of Finchley High Street for over 30 years—ever since I moved to the area.

Carters Pharmacy Finchley is the best in the local area , Mit The Pharmacist will do everything in his power to help . My partner ran out of Parkinson medication and Mit was understanding ,calm and so very helpful, he saved the day and gave us an emergency supply. He is friendly, knowledgeable and approachable . Much Gratitude .
