I have purchased 3 items from this company, all of which were silver necklaces. The chains they provide are probably the best-quality silver chains I own, they are bright and shiny, thick enough to be sturdy but not at all clunky-looking.
The pendants are all extremely beautiful, though all have arrived with light scratches. At this price-point, I would expect the pendants to look new/polished. This could be something to do with the packaging - an unbranded black box with a red and green organza bag. Honestly, the packaging really leaves something to be desired, it feels cheap and isn't great for presentation.
Overall would recommend, though expect to repackage if you want to give a Carter Gore item as a gift.
