Absolutamente desaconsejable (english version below)

- Penoso servicio de atención al cliente (veinticinco minutos de reloj para obtener un simple "hola" vía WhatsApp).
- Página web confusa, sin información clara acerca de las diferentes opciones y diseñada para hacerte cometer errores.
- Falta de controles fundamentales para evitar errores del usuario.
- Marketing engañoso y fraudulento acompañado de absoluta falta de información para hacerte adquirir sus "ofertas" que finalmente no sirven para nada o son ultra limitadas.

- Absolutely awful customer service (twenty-five minutes for an initial response via WhatsApp).
- Confusing website designed to make you fail.
- Lack of controls for user errors.
- Deceptive marketing to trick you into buying their "offers" that are eventually useless.

Customer's email address is not verified

1. Customer's email address is not verified by the customer first receiving the email and confirming it.
2. Customer can't change the email address
3. Texts of the emails for verification are automatically translated into the language of the website. There is an obvious mistake in programing the website
4. Customers service on WhatsApp is good
