This was the easiest car selling experience I’ve ever had. All I did was call and give the information they needed. They came and evaluated my car, we made a deal, I signed paperwork and they took care of the rest. The evaluator came and was very friendly and knowledgeable. Once we came to an agreement he cut me a check on the spot and they came and picked my car up today. I would recommend this company to everybody.

Carstub promised an easy sale, but the offer was low and communication was poor

Amzing products and dealing experience

Great experience. Whole process of selling my car was less than 2 hours. From the time I contacted them to the time I got my check very smooth process. Adam was great. He came and checked out my car and gave me the check after everything turned out as expected. Their offer was not the highest, but not the lowest either. Offered me more than Tesla and Carvana. Very satisfied customer.

Calling in was quick and seamless, assessor was at our house in less than 90 minutes, and Adam was outstanding in both knowledge about vehicles while supporting a fair assessment. Highly recommend!

It was nice to work with real, local people who cared about the experience. They worked with my crazy schedule and came out to see me at 7:30PM. I feel like I was quoted fairly, and the final offer was very reasonable considering the condition of my vehicle (well-kept, but showing inevitable signs of wear and needing a tire replacement). Adam was great and also explained things as he worked, which gave me peace of mind.

Overall the inspection process took maybe 20-30 minutes. The offer was very competitive, but make note that they don't do price-matching with Driveway or Carvana (Carmax is good!). I can see why, since Driveway gave me the highest quote offer, to the point it may have been unrealistic.

Thank you carstub for making this process easy! I feel better knowing my car went to a group that cares.

I never leave reviews (good or bad), but I felt this experience warranted a review.  Adam came out to inspect my car and gave me an extremely fair price. If there was a way to give 5,000 stars, I would. He was aware of what I was going through with the absolute nightmare from another unscrupulous company, and couldn’t have put my mind more at ease.  He made the procedure quick and painless, with the highest of integrity.  And I say this as the manager of customer service at a company with 87 people under me, so I've seen every imaginable level of customer service.  I could go on and on with details and a word casserole, but the bottom line is, he is a HUGE asset to the company and made my situation so much easier that day, which is what compelled me to do this review.  Thanks so much, Adam...MUCH appreciated!!! 

Easy process and got a check the same day it was appraised

I called Carstub to sell my truck and they send an assessor that day. Mike came to my house early and made the process really easy. He was polite and professional. He talked me through the process and he was very trust worthy. The whole process took about 10 minutes and Mike made a great offer I couldn't resist. Thanks Mike.

I have nothing but good words for the guys at carstub. We had a very difficult situation on our hands with technical issue (title related) that made other dealership call quits on the matter, but a carstub, they worked everything for us and made direct contact with the DMV to sort everything out, and they did it in the most pleasant and welcoming way possible, with lots of patients and smiles. We'te very grateful to them, they helped us avoid crossing the entire country to get to Massachursttes, where we bought
