Buyer Beware. I used CarsiRent.com to book a car rental for a trip to Ireland. I selected a company named Easirent.com on their website as the price and option of car best suited my needs. Upon arriving in Dublin I couldn't find the Easirent office at the airport. I was told by another car rental company at the airport that they did not have a location at the airport terminal I would have to call them. I found a number for them and they sent a shuttle 45 mins after my call. None of this was specified in the confirmation I received when booking the car through the CarsiRent.com site. Upon arriving at the Dublin Easirent location things deteriorated even further. First of all I was told by a rather rude gentleman at the counter that they didn't accept Amex. I showed him my CarsiRent confirmation that specifically states that Easirent.com accepts all major credit cards and further details a list of acceptable cards such as Amex, Visa and MasterCard. He disagreed even with looking at the confirmation and said if I wanted a card I had to provide a Visa or MasterCard. The assistant further advised that the price I was given by CarsiRent in US Dollars was not accurate and if I wanted to rent a vehicle from Easirent.com I would need to pay the equivalent of 33% more than what my confirmation stated. I refused and took their shuttle back to the terminal and rented a vehicle from a more reputable car rental company. After 2 hours I was finally able to get on the road to my destination. I write because I don't want others to have the same experience I did. Don't use the CarsIRent.com site to book a car and don't use Easirent.com as your car rental company.

Great prices and supporting customer service.

- ordered Mazda cx5 or similar car but got an MG RX5 as a rental vehicle. Would have preferred to have driven a Mazda.

- carsirent needs to simplify the extension of the Car rental duration throuh the app without having to call the car rental company to extend.

Great service. I had a very good experience. I got my car very easily at the airport.

It was a very bad experience because I did not receive the rented car and the down payment amount was deducted from my debit card already. The rental company refused to give me a car without a visa card and I do not have one.

I had sent many email to your customer service and payment department with no replay or action.

I tried to call the 24/7 number that’s provided in their website but unfortunately there is no answer at all. I made the same reservation twice and was charged twice, so I tried to fix the issue by calling the number, texting them through whatsapp, chatting online but no one was there at all. I did everything but couldn’t find a way!!!!

This company from the most important companies I have dealt with ; I strongly recommend dealing with them because of their high deal and credibility

The best app for its category. The app engine gives you the best rates for the car category you are looking for. Used for Milano and Cyprus. The cost of petrol was higher than the rental rate. Good cars from reputable car rental companies. The Carsirent app is highly recommended. It is the booking.com for cars.

Never use this company Not recommended at all!!!
Booked through their website for Dubai airport car rental and received the voucher after charging me the full coverage insurance that I requested. I was supposed to pick up the car from Europcar when I presented my voucher the car was not booked with Europcar and they did have availability. Tried to call the numbers of car I rent but it was unreachable. The UAE number they provided in the website is for another company that has no relation with them!!! Land line that is supppsed to be their hotline 24/7 was unreachable Finally after several attempts could reach a Bahrain mobile number through WhatsApp call only!!! The gentleman who picked the call spoke from my phone to the Europcar agent still nothing happened. So had to cancel my reservation and took a car from another rental company. That costed me a premium rate and 2 wasted hours at the airport trying to figure out the problem with no solution at the end!!!

Please CAREFUL of this company. They have a HIDDEN Airport pickup location service charge of $20. Therefore, other car rental companies may be cheaper than this company.
