Terrible Company- Complete Charlatans
Terrible company — avoid at all costs.

I strongly recommend staying well away from this company.
They advertised a car part on eBay, then tried to persuade me to pay them directly by offering a discount. That decision turned into a costly and frustrating mistake.
The part they supplied was broken, unusable, and not fit for purpose. When I contacted them to resolve the issue, they did not accept responsibility or make any meaningful attempt to help. Instead, they denied that the part had been sent to me in that condition.
Fortunately, I had clear photographic evidence, including a photograph of the advertised part with its identifying label and photographs of the part I actually received. The evidence was compelling and extremely difficult to dispute.
Once it became clear that the evidence supported my complaint, they stopped engaging with me and effectively abandoned the matter. I was left with no realistic option but to pursue a reversal of the credit card payment. Because I had foolishly paid them directly instead of completing the transaction through eBay, I lost the protection and straightforward dispute process that eBay would normally provide.
This company’s conduct was deeply disappointing: they encouraged payment outside eBay, supplied a defective part, denied responsibility despite clear evidence, and then stopped responding. The entire experience was stressful, time-consuming, and completely avoidable.
Learn from my mistake: if they offer you a discount to pay directly, do not do it. Keep everything on eBay and protect yourself.
I would never use this company again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before dealing with them.
