The automated texts/WhatsApp’s and calls were really efficient and helpful. The sales call from “Josh” to reserve the car was no nonsense and straight forward.
The price offer on our part exchange was halved in the 5 days between the quote and the day of purchase, which was disappointing.
“Barry” in the Halesowen show room was our salesperson. He was helpful with the test drive, knowledgable and helpful about the sale and extras and respected our right to decline the extras. Very nice guy.
Happy with our overall experience.
