Salute the efficiency!
I had to cancel my booking due to medical reasons and was refunded full including insurance within 3 days!!!
I would definitely use them again!

I've used many car rental dealers and companies and I can say, that cars-scanner provide a good service. User-friendly website, everything is clear and comfortable and no problems occured while picking up my car and delivering it back. My trip to Poland was great and this rental service made it even greater.

Not Recommended! Stay Away! Better identify as “Cars Scammers”.

Four days after the reservation, a day before the planned pick-up, I was told the rental agent can not fulfil my reservation. The rental agent was Gold Car, another notorious rental car company, I learned later after reading many negative reviews in the internet. They promise and publish unrealistic prices which they do not respect later. Not Recommended.

My husband is disabled so at home he drives a car where the pedals are switched around. Needles to say it is difficult to find a good rental to suit our needs. I lost my booking and the customer care people on the other end were able to retrieve it within minutes and send me on my way in my nice clean rental.

Unlike reputable car rental companies, this broker goes out of their way to hide information about the fact that the driver has to produce a payment card in their own name to pre-authorise €2,500 excess on the rental car. No option to locally waive that excess either according to their website, Then this thieving company has the gall to charge a £45 cancellation fee even though they're the ones misleading the customer. As a business we regularly hire rental cars - never deal with these crooks again.

had to change our reservation last minute and push it back by one day. Customer service answer calls very quickly with no ridiculous waiting time and ‘your call is very important to us’ malarkey. Reservation changed no problem.

Due to this service I could easily find a car to go to Bulgaria. I am not that much good at Internet searching, nevertheless, the search of a car was rather comfortable for me. So, even those who aren't sohpisticated in web can easily manage this service. They did their job well and made my trip.

Our flight was delayed by about 5 hours and we had no way of contacting the company of our late arrival. Naturally we were a bit worried whether our booking would still be in place when we eventually arrive. It was.
