The buses are relatively clean but the service is scandalous: way too many buses won't show up (fall out). They supply fake real-time information to Google maps which make it appear as if the bus came.
I paid with my card at the elevador of Santa Justa in Lisbon and, instead of being charged 6€, I was charged 10.30€. The most appalling thing is that after countless emails with this company and all the info I provided them, they were “unable” to track my transaction and consequently give me my money back. Please be aware of this company.
