Lovely company to work with, really supportive point of contact when initially quoting for the bags, advising on best sizes for my requirements (I was after an usual size for specific products).

Great support in proofs and the design and then supportive and responsive to emails right through to delivery.

Unfortunately for the company at the time of my order they tragically lost a key colleague however they clearly rallied round to ensure great customer service and delivery.

Incredibly glad we found this company, they have been exceedingly helpful and quick in their responses in regards to all our queries, kept us up to date with the process the entire way, and received our bags very quickly, in time for an event.

To make sure we made the right decision for colours they sent us lots of samples, to indicate how the final colours may look on the style of bag we chose.

The bags came out beautifully! Very strong and well printed.

The delivery time and date was not informed before delivery. Suddenly without alerting or informing the driver came and knocked the door bells all relevant and irrelevant to disturb everybody very impatiently.

I ordered 1,000 postage bags. The customer service and help with designing was very good and I believe I did get value for money, but a few of my bags had a damaged/missing print. It doesn't matter too much but it was still fairly annoying, but aside from that (I'm sure it is just a mistake which comes with printing many bags) I will reorder when I need to.
