I started having trouble with my Carpuride not connecting when turned on. Sometimes I would have to turn it on several times before it would finally start. I contacted their support they finally sent me upgrade instructions, problem is the up grade wouldn’t install. In total I have emailed them 13 times. Emailed them again and all they do is send the same instructions of how to upgrade the unit even after I explained their instructions didn’t work. I’m done with Carpuride, it looks like a great product and I guess sometimes they work. Mine though is a worthless piece of crap. I wouldn’t recommend you buying one. Great device! No more danger for the phone because it stays nice and warm in the pocket, the device is fluid and customizable, startup image and motorcycle icon! I do not regret my purchase especially since it uses the BMW wheel to navigate the menu and also manage the music! Thanks also to the customer service who helped me customize this beautiful equipment.

Had this device for only 4 months and now the touch screen has stopped working.
No reply to my emails. Given up now and looking at a non Chinese device.

Do not buy this device unless your happy to throw it away if it fails.

This company definitely deserves a 5+ on product, price and customer service. I've been riding for over 37 years and bought so many expensive accessories for my motorcycles. Capuride is one of those accessories that are so well though out, easy to install and you get what you pay for and then some. I purchased 3 different units 2 of them with the integrated cameras which I love it would be awesome if in the future they use a wider angle camera but, besides that they are awesome 1 in my Stryker one in my BMW K1600GTL (2016) they look awesome 👌. The other unit without cameras was a direct fit to the BMW S1000XR and it works awesome with the wonder wheel standard on BMW controller. Then I had an issue with one of the cameras on my other unit and they not only send me a replacement camera, they sent me 2 cameras. Great job Carpuride team I will be posting the videos on all 3 units as soon as I get them done. Thank you Carpuride

I bought a W903 from amazon over a year ago. It developed a fault with the microphone. Got in touch with Carpuride directly. We did a bit of testing and they offered a replacement unit. No cost to me and no need to send the old one back. Even better it arrived next day. Great customer service deserves praise.

Hello. I’m quite happy with the Carpuride W702. It has good brightness, connects quickly... And when something goes wrong, they respond quickly and provide easy instructions to fix it.

I purchased a W702BS recently.

Shipping was relatively fast (accounting for the dates I placed the order on and the fact that it was a newly released product that had a lot of demand) and the product was interesting.

Quality of build could be better and the BMW interface was not really finished (so the customers have been the beta testers in the end) but the customer care service has been delightful. This is the main reason for the 4 star review.

The product would get 2.5 to 3 stars because of the quality of build, not being fully finished upon release and the fact that the hardware itself is nowhere close in value to the price.

The customer care and tech support would get 5 stars from me.

The wait was almost 14 days long, would not have been for my good neighbors, I would have lost the package to a USPS missdelivery. In the end I got the package and got content again like a baby getting the milk bottle…..
The product speaks out as a very good and practical tool for navigation. I cannot rely on it being in the middle of nowhere without cell phone reception, so I still use my garmin, but other ways this nav tool gets you from A to B no sweat, working seamlessly with iPhone .
I would recomend it to all riders out there. A big bang for the buck!!!
The only drawback was just the long wait due to the incompetence of our postal services…!

Waiting in order to be sent... 9 days already no update. Causes concern!!

Great screen, fast, light and easy to use. After a couple of moths of use, the left hand side of the touchscreen stopped working properly. Customer service was excellent. They asked whether I would be able to replace the screen myself and sent a new screen immediately, including clear instructions on how to replace it. It was a 5 minute job and everything works like new again.
I understand that sometimes things go wrong, and customer service tells a lot about a company. So despite the faulty screen, they get a 5 star review!

I bought the Carpuride W702 BS directly from carpuride.com. This is the device designed for BMW and able to use with the wonder wheel which is very convenient
It was delivered to Spain within a couple of weeks. I had initially some issues with the firmware but after the amazing support from Carpuride Customer Service everything is working properly. I'm super satisfied with this experience and how the Carpuride 702 BS is working!!!!.

I bought the Carpuride W702 Pro directly from carpuride.com
It was delivered to Sweden within a couple of weeks. Everything has worked well, and after emailing them, I received the latest firmware to install. I'm satisfied with both the product and their support. However, I missed using a discount code, so I had to pay full price.

The Carpuride w708Pro is a Top Product.It is easy to install with Handy and Car Stereo.Carpuride has a very fast Service for Questions and Answers.For 10days the w708Pro was Delivery to Germany.

Tengo una bmw r1250 gs adventure de 2021. compré un Carpuride 702B y ha funcionado perfectamente con mi IPhone. el problema es que ahora uso un Android y no conseguía enlazarlos. Me puse en contacto con el soporte técnico y, gracias a que me han enviado una actualización del Carpuride gratis, ahora todo funciona correctamente.

Very happy with the product and the technical service. I have a 2021 BMW R1250 GS Adventure. I bought a Carpuride 702B and it worked perfectly with my iPhone. The problem is that I now use an Android and I couldn't link them. I contacted technical support and, thanks to the fact that they sent me a free Carpuride update, everything now works correctly.

I've had my W103 Pro now for just under a year and there has been no issues with it until this week. Emailed Carupride and the response was brilliant. They sent me an update file and the installation was easy and fast. Everything working and I feel it is a better unit for the update.

The product arrived fast and works well. I wanted to change the boot logo and was helped fast and efficiently. When using Google Maps a considerable part of the screen is covered with the remaining distance and time which in my opinion takes up too much space. I haven't figured out the music part yet as I feel I need more control but it is something I'll have to learn. The product is strong and steady, I prefer if the screen was a bit brighter but it is surely brighter than my mobile screen so it is still an improvement.

Bought one and delivery was quick, however getting it to work properly wasn’t such a dream, ended up returning and moving over to Chigee AIO-5 BMW, felt like OEM quality and worked straight away and never missed a beat.
