The kit set up CarPlay in my Lexus
The kit set up CarPlay in my Lexus. I love my Lexus, but the audio system is horrible. Now I can use it almost perfectly. The only issue is that the wireless connection can be difficult to connect sometime, but it is SO much better that not having it. What really stands out is the customer support. I texted them and he walked me through the entire instillation process that took almost 4 hours, and never left me. That was the most impressive customer service ever!

Great value for an amazing CarPlay…
Great value for an amazing CarPlay solution! Super Support Team! They were there when I was making sure that I’m getting the right product for my 2018 RX350. And…they were there throughout my install.
The product is wonderful! No more wires and phone holders! We’re free lol.

Not functioning in the way it was…
Not functioning in the way it was advertised. Video of the CarPlay is basically a video feed from the backup camera therefore the resolution is a VHS quality. Not the true resolution of the LCD monitor, which is higher. Noticed this when turning on the unit and when booting up the backup camera first appears. This is not normal and looks unprofessional. Decided not to use it and removed it. Not sure if I can get a refund.
