I’ve had an absolutely fantastic experience with Carp Life. After winning a bait boat that I didn’t actually need, they kindly allowed me to swap it for a different prize. To make things even better, the alternative prize had been mistakenly mislabelled and was actually significantly more expensive than the one I’d originally won — and because it was their error, they honoured the exchange without hesitation.

I am one very happy girl.

I’ve won a few items through competitions before, and it often feels like hard work just to get things sorted. That couldn’t have been further from the case here. My very first message was replied to early on a Sunday morning (how’s that for a responsive team?), and from there the whole process — the swap, confirmation, and sorting everything out — was handled quickly, smoothly, and professionally.

Carp Life have been nothing but fair, efficient, and genuinely customer-focused, which is rare and massively appreciated. I honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Outstanding customer service and a company that truly does the right thing by its customers

Nothing in place to stop under 18s signing up to play and gamble allowing my 16 old son to spend money on there not much but he has been spending also allowing my 12year old to sign up and if he could would have spent money on there. Only banned after doing something the site didn’t like. Me and my missus were signed up got accused of something minor in the whole scheme of things really then started wrongly banning family members and tarnishing there name on there site without any evidence just because there were related to us before admitting they were wrong and un banning a couple but continuing to tarnish and ridiculing another family member that also hasn’t done anything wrong. So beware if your kids mention this site they will allow under aged kids to spend money until they win something then the ask for id and refuse to give the kid what he won.
Im writing this in reply to Carp life’s reply what your saying about needing identification for every win is a lie the boys have had a couple of wins they tell me and never been asked before you only asked for id because you were checking people if they had multiple accounts so you only checked for your benefit not the safety of under aged players. Maybe your right they must have put a different date of birth in I don’t know because I can’t get on there banned accounts so that I can’t say. But my point is you haven’t got any verification process to check when people sign up like every other gambling site. If you sign up for any gambling site you have to get proper verification before you can register and spend money. and your site hasn’t. So basically kids are spending money which your happy to accept but your saying wins have to have identification. And like I said this is a new thing recently nobody I know has ever been asked for id including my sons until this week so your falsely claim you check every win. Pure lies I can prove earlier wins for my boys which you never checked. Only recently you did this I’d checking and when you identify someone is under age you take there prize and ban them. So like I said you need to upgrade your sign in process and also check everybody that’s already members because I can guarantee there’s a few underage players.you need to check id from the start for every player please stop making out your innocent and you run things properly when I’ve clearly identified a flaw in your system. P.s you owe my brother in law an apology for wrongly ridiculing him on your site because he didn’t do anything wrong you just acted very unprofessional in your dealing of this whole situation.

This site is outstanding not many of these competitions sites give back but this is definitely not the case for Carplife competitions knowing how much Matt & Witt have donated to so many kids at the carp shows is incredible 🤩 I have won some great prizes personally too and the team are always quick to respond when you grab a win 10/10 would highly recommend to anyone

All I can say is Matt Tomsett. runs a 100% legitimate and professional competition site.I have Never had a problem with any draws, I have won thousands of ££ worth of prizes, cash & actual. Let the haters hate Matt. All your genuine players know how good Carplife Competitions is run. ❤️🎣

I have just read a 1star review from Gareth! I don’t know him but he uses the word bully about an organisation that has given a lot of gear away free to young would be anglers! Not normally the trait of a bully. I for one would like to see obvious drivel like Gareth’s comments removed from this forum. Personally I have had multiple wins from CLC, most of which were free! I had one slight misunderstanding with three Kaizen rods that was rectified in double quick time, with zero hassle. To everyone at Carplife Competitions, I’d like to thank you. Keep it going, you’re doing a fantastic job.

Fantastic! Service by the team is excellent, personal, friendly and they do so much for the fishing community. Prizes and cash are always sent immediately and usually within 24hrs.

I have honestly never been this lucky, won a fair few prizes including an RT7, rods, bite alarms and a bivvy amongst 100's of other things. The team are great and very friendly and helpful. Lots of free comps every day with an option to upgrade for a small cost (buying a ticket or 2 into another comp). I am hooked to this site, hook line and sinker 👍

Amazingly run comp site by the most geniune man I've come across gives so much back to community and amount of freebies for the players is next level. This is a scam website be careful… took money for tickets into competitions and free comps then closed my account wrongly before they draw the comps… apparently living in the same city as you’re brother is against terms even tho I a totally different postcode, also if you give him a bad review he then makes a T-shirt about you and makes a comp to belittle you this is not a professional business. I would also like to confirm as others are saying too I’ve won multiple prizes and not once showed any form of ID to claim my prizes and more so the law states ID must be shown on sign up for gambling sites to prevent underage gambling not when prizes are trying to be claimed… unfortunately for Carplife they are slowly finding out these “multiple accounts” they keep talking of are turning out to be real people who are not happy about his defamation of them…. And his responses here are proof of this as he makes reference to the T shirt he made about me…..Nothing more
