Cannot fault this company at all. From purchase to delivery was excellent. Any queries I had Estalla answered straight away and was very professional. Would recommend them. My purchase was a C3 Pro.
I brought two c6 pro's off the website. From the get go I had a faulty mount. We tried to call and got nowhere. I emailed a couple of times with photos and a description of what was wrong regarding the mount. All they did was send an instruction page on how to install the mount. I'll say again we brought two and my husband the works in the field install both. The only problem is one of the mounts and they were no help at all!
Had an issue with my Aoocci 9 pro. Contacted support and talked to Estella. She fixed everything very smoothly and with a very supportive attitude. She kept her word, and completed the repare effectively.Very good. Highly recommend.

I bought an Aoocci C3 Plus device from them, which as it turned out later was not up to the mark in terms of software. :) I contacted customer service, which happened very quickly. I sent photos and videos of the device in operation. After exchanging a few messages, it became clear what my problem was. In short, I received completely customer-centric service. I’ve had the Aoocci C6 Pro since March 2025 and honestly I’ve been very happy with it.
The unit itself has been solid and does exactly what I need, but what really impressed me was the customer service. My front camera connection broke recently, so I got onto them and they sorted it straight away. No hassle at all — they sent out a replacement camera that fit perfectly.
Even better, it came from China to Ireland in just over a week, which I wasn’t expecting at all.
Any time I’ve contacted them, they’ve been quick to reply and actually helpful, which makes a big difference. It’s rare enough these days to get that kind of support, especially after having the product for over a year.
Overall, great bit of kit and a company that stands behind it. I’d definitely recommend.

We bought 2 x C9 Pro Max units - what a game changer! Operates flawlessly with Android Auto (Google maps running). Split screen with the rear camera is really useful. I must mention I ran into an issue updating one of the units, and the customer support I received from Nikki at Aoocci was absolutely fantastic. She was very quick to reply and provided the files and instructions needed to get back up and running. Highly recommended.

Had a great experience with AOOCCI customer support. I recently encountered an issue with my C6 Pro TPMS after updating the firmware, and their support team was very responsive and helpful throughout the troubleshooting process.

C9Pro Max - nice unit and components, video quality is better than expected. Installation was straight forward. A few issues with firmware updates and connecting video files to phone for downloading - tech support from Coco was excellent - prompt and resolved issues. Hoping developers add change in tire pressure warnings similar to what the C6 units do.

I ordered a C3 Plus, carplay device. It was delivered within time, and came in a really nice box, it really seems to be great quality. After I installed the unit and started using it, the screen had some type of defect so my fingers made a mark inside the screen where I pressed the screen. The marks would dissapper after some time, but would come back next time I used the screen.
Anyway, I reached out to Aoocci customer support, asking for help. A friendly person named Nikki wrote back to me, and we found a good solution. Now I got another unit on the way, and I am looking forward to using the C3 Plus.
I highly appreciate good customer service, and Nikki gave me good customer service. Thank you.
I can recommend other people to buy stuff from Aoocci.

I ordered a C4 hidden camera with GPS. Had some issues with the gps module so I contacted the support. Estella from the support team helped me solve the problem really fast, tanks again!

I don't know where all these good reviews come from, but my experience is poor. When will I ever learn that you just cannot trust Chinese companies. I got my C9 yesterday and started the fitting process today, but plugged it in using USB to do all the connections.
My iPhone 17 says it is connected but after multiple attempts and two hours of trying the unit does not connect to the phone.
No support is available, and the so called 'worry free' insurance only covers shipping.
These are cheap plastic chinese knock-offs, don't waste your money.
