My experience was made great due to Coco in customer services, who dealt with my initial enquiry regarding my purchase & delivery. Coco gave a good detailed account of what was happening, not only did Coco tell me the they had no available stock but expected stocks to be available within the week. My initial delivery address was to a fiend in the UK who would bring it to the Philippines but with the delay it would not reach him in time. Coco suggested changing the delivery to the Philippines, so I give my address here & with in that week my purchase was despatched with tracking details being send to me. I have the unit & over the moon as it was well packaged & arrived in great condition.

Fast delivery and fantastic product the C3 aoocci. I had an issue with a cable. However, Nikki, in customer service was understanding, empathetic and sorted out the issue with first class customer service.

Purchased a BM7 and found that when using Apples CarPlay navigation app the screen only showed street names but did not show the streets. Customer service rep Nikki was very helpful at resolving the issue but it took a week of daily communication and 2 firmware updates to resolve. 5 Stars for Nikki's support, one less overall due to the nusiance factor of having to spend time on this correction.

I bought a C6 pro this year which I love it, when I found out there were firmware updates for the device I reached out to their customer service and Estella helped me a lot in making it simple and easy for me to update the firmware and also helped in solving out an issue with my TPMS battery. My BM7 unit had a display issue right out of the box. There is a ghost of a 0 character in the screen that will not go away. I spent almost 2 weeks going back and forth with the customer service person in China. I performed the software update that Aoocci recommended, which had no effect on the problem. In order to return a defective unit, I will have to pay over $60 in shipping. They claim they'll refund that shipping, but I have zero trust. Aoocci also expects the customer to lower the declared value of the return shipment to help them with tariffs. Way too risky for me. I am not sure why they would even want this unit back. I offered to destroy it and show proof. Thankfully , I paid with PayPal and will be pursuing a refund through them instead. My advice is to buy from a different brand that actually cares about the customer's experience.

Before purchasing my C6 Pro, I had a couple of technical queries which I put to Aoocci, they were excellent & quick to reply in helping me with dimensions & fitment of the GPS unit.
I've just had my C6 Pro professionally installed, the camera's & the screen are really clear. I had an issue with the TPMS, yet again Nikki was quick to find a solution for me. Now I'm waiting for the weather to brighten up (may take some time being in the UK), to give the system a proper trial. Thanks again Nikki 😀

I've had the c6 pro for a little under a year and in that time it has worked flawlessly, unfortunately i was not able to download the firmware update so i contacted Aoochi via email and Coco ( their Rep) organised a micro sd at a bargain price with the Firmware loaded and it is now up to date and i now have a spare SD card too.

Everything from the very first moment is working properly and perfect.
The device is designed to help and to improve the commodity on the bike………:perfecto connection to mobile and fast refresh with data.
You will enjoy to much installing in the bike all the links, cámaras and for sure later to playing with phone and all the options.
The quality is fantastic only one week but for sure you can feel it for the very first moment, even when the apoco is in the box…….it is a premium product.
When I showed to my bikers friends they are totally agree with me. I honestly recommend this product to others bikers

I can tell you this is a really nice divice.
I drive avstrom from 2004 and do not have any accessories on my contact bit i cut the power cable going from the batteruly in two and put in a switch.
I had some issues getting everything to work but after some great help from the helpdesk it is now all clear to me.
Everything works great. It automatically swiches to android car and wirh the remote it is a piece of cake to switch between vieuws.
I am impressed.

Needed TPMS font larger. My contact Estella sent me the relevant upgrade info. It has worked and is much better. The only issue is the instructions are not fully explained about opening the closed upgrade file. Their of images with Chines writing and English spoken word are a bit confusing.
