Very competitive with their prices and keen to match quotes you can find elsewhere. They supply and fit, but I wanted to fit the vinyl flooring myself so they just supplied.

Would definitely return for more vinyl flooring.

On the face of it the carpet looks great but when fitter came to do the stairs with it he had many problems with the backing coming away from the carpet. He managed to get enough to complete he job ( thankfully I over ordered) but there was quite a lot of wastage. However after sending pictures of the problems to Roy at customer services he offered a replacement or partial refund. Thanks so much to Roy you made what was a great disappointment manageable. Will definitely order from you again although probably a different carpet this time

We couldn’t be happier with our vinyl flooring from Carpet Warehouse! We loved it so much in one room that we ended up having it fitted in two of our bedrooms, and we honestly couldn’t be more pleased with how they look.

I am so happy with my new Vinyl it's lovely and the delivery was spot on ,very nice delivery guy. Most of all I was really happy with price ,I couldn't have found it cheaper anywhere else.

Never ordered carpet online before. But I was very pleasantly surprised. Lots of choice, easy to order and customer service was first class.
Ordered carpet on 7th and it was delivered on 13th August.
Was kept informed and will definitely use Carpet Warehouse again

The delivery time changed on the day from 9.30 to 11.45 but was kept well informed of the change. Very impressed with communication from start to finish and delighted with carpet.

I have been browsing through the website and find easy all the needed informations regarding the products of my choice. I received updates about the delivery and very concise instructions. Reliable tracking delivery trough their chosen partners. The Gouda cushioned vinyl flooring I choose exceeded my expectations. Not just incredible in look because of patterns and color shades but it's soft and resistant at the same tíme. So comfortable to walk barefoot.
