We have used Rhos in Sea Carpets for a long time now and the service and fitting has always been excellent. From the measuring to the carpets being fitted is seamless and the whole team go above and beyond to make it stress free. Would highly recommend.

We are delighted with our Karndean floor, supplied and fitted by Rhos on Sea carpets. Matt came to our house to measure up and advise us. He gave a very acceptable quote and booked a date which was sooner than expected. The two fitters arrived promptly and carried out the preparation quickly, unobtrusively and efficiently. They left everywhere tidy and treated our furniture with respect. It was a welcome surprise when Matt brought forward the day of the fitting. We were amazed at how quickly Glynn and Lee got on with the job. They meticulously lined up all the pieces, sealing and tidying where the new floor joined the skirting boards and other flooring. They finished much sooner than we expected and helped us to replace the kitchen appliances. Once again, they left everywhere clean and tidy. The floor looks beautiful and has transformed our downstairs. We recommend this company very highly.

Rhos OnSea Carpets, I have used them before for carpets and flooring. They are prompt to come out to you and do the measuring up. Invoice is usually sent the next day. Rebecca usually does that, she is also very polite and nothing is too much trouble for her. When the guys come to do the flooring they are professional at all times they also clear up along the way so there is no mess. I am having them come again to fit a carpet in the bedroom. I would give them 5 stars every time and would recommend to family and friends.

We had our lounge and a bedroom carpet installed and are very happy with the whole process, from the measuring up to the tidying up at the end of the job. Everyone was polite and helpful, Brendan and Max turned up when promised, were considerate, helping with our furniture, and kept us informed of what was happening. Would recommend, in fact we already have to a friend. Office staff also very good.

I had carpets fitted on the stairs and to an office space and a flooring in a bathroom. The workmanship of the fitting of the carpets and the flooring was exceptional, very neat job and tidy during and after the fitting.

My wife's cousin , who has carers, had a flood in her kitchen and I arranged to get her damaged carpet replaced with vinyl. The fitter from Rhos on Sea Carpets worked efficiently round a pretty tight space shifting a kitchen table from a to b.

A brilliant company. From initial visit, through shop staff to the actual fitters. Full of helpful suggestions, good service, keen prices. They worked the fittings over 3 days to fit in with my requirements.

As usual, Rhos-on-Sea Carpets came up trumps. Excellent service all round, from measuring up, to choosing a product with excellent advice from Matt. Trying to buy flooring for my daughter’s new house who will be returning from overseas working has proved quite stressful, but Rhos On Sea carpets have been great. Rebecca has been a star ⭐️, very patient even though the requirement (instruction) from daughter seemed to change umpteen times, Rebecca has supported phone calls and zoom calls to ensure we got it right. Not fitted yet, but even there Rebecca has been brilliant in allocated us a date when there have been other cancellations. Would highly recommend
