I placed an order for Dubai collection…
I placed an order for Dubai collection carpet which I received it in two days time, which I appreciate.
However, the carpet has unbearable smells on which I immediately contacted the seller. I took their advice to put it on open air. The carpet is on open air almost for two weeks, luckily with lots of sunshine but the smells is still there. I have been in contact with the seller but no solution yet. I wish they trust the customers on the claim to either replace the carpet or refund the money. I simply cannot place the carpet in children room...
I hope they can find a solution, the sooner the better.

We apologize for the inconvenience you've experienced with the Dubai Collection carpet. To date, we haven't encountered such issues with this collection, and furthermore, the carpet you purchased for the children's room is not suitable for that purpose. We have discussed the matter with our supplier. To assist you, please return the carpet to us. Upon receiving the carpet, we will conduct an on-site inspection to determine if it contains any odors. If the carpet is found to be in an unsatisfactory condition, we will refund your payment, including the postage.
We apologize for any troubles this situation has caused and believe that we can resolve this issue through mutual consultation.

Cannot use the carpet due to bad smell
The carpet arrived with a very strong smell of glue/ ink and we let it in an open ventilated space but in 3 weeks the bad smell is not over and we cannot use the carpet. I wish I have another carpet without such smell to put in my new born baby or get my money back.
