I ordered the Wilson plushwalk 12mm underlay over the phone and I was told 2-3 days delivery and the courier tried to deliver the next day, their courier for some reason don't let you track the parcel so I had to call the customer help line (and I did quite regularly) and every single time the ladies I spoke to were pleasant and helpful and a couple of times called me back even just to update me even If they didn't have any new Information, I can't praise them enough, customer service as It should be.

Placed my order 11am Tuesday and paid for regular delivery 2-3 working days, received wednesday morning. What a service, i'm very happy as i was a bit worried if i didn't receive in time as i had carpet fitter booked for saturday. Very happy with the whole experience they were cheap and did half rolls. Will definately use again.

I placed an order with this company a few days ago. One item was left out of the delivery by accident but customer service was excellent. They answered my call and also quickly responded to a separate email I sent them. Despite it being a Friday they dispatched the missing item on 1 day delivery and I had it by early Saturday morning. Very happy with the good customer service as it meant I could get going on laying my floor this weekend instead of waiting until next week. Good experience and will use them again.

Ordered underlay, recieved within 2 days, the item was the royal fibrewood boards, these were alot cheaper than anywhere else. This was the 1st time I have used this company, will definitely use them again.

Two fellas from Tapi carpets Bognor Regis came to lay some vinyl flooring and i have to give praise where its deserved, these two fellas were excellent, the workmanship was brilliant. just to add, Chris the sales rep who we saw when ordering needs credit, in fact the whole experience was very, very good. A BIG well done to all.

Excellent customer service. I had a few questions relating to the delivery and they were really helpful. I purchased the 54oz felt underlay and can totally recommend. They will be the first port of call if I need any flooring items in the future.

The DIY gripper rods are of very poor quality and expensive, 18m for£24.99. They were described as prestige and some lengths were warped with pins missing. The grippers are very narrow

Great service, especially from Georgia. There was an issue with the courier that had collected my package from the Carpet Underlay Shop, they lost it in transit. Spoke to Georgia on the phone who assured me that I would receive delivery the following day. She oversaw the whole process and even called me to check it had been delivered as promised, which it had been. Top marks!

Fast delivery, underlayseems to be performing well. Could of given us a little more barrier tape though. Had to purchase more. It was not enough for the underlay we ordered

Originally their website was down on the day I went to purchase, but I was able to order over the phone. My mats were ordered on Monday and delivered on Thursday. I’m so happy with them. They were well packaged and every single person I spoke to on the phone was really helpful. I will deffo buy from them again and recommend highly. Fantastic price too

I ordered the Artificial Grass Shockpad Underlay, on the 01/08/23, I couldn't believe it was delivered the following day. Fast delivery and absolutely no fuss with order.
