The same thing happen to me, I ordered to dog ball machines for xmas and no tracking number and the site has been taken down. I have no way to contact them.

i am super EXTREMELY UPSET! Just got scammed and money taken as well. Sent several emails with no response. Website link does not work. I will contact PayPal to see if I can get a refund. NOT AT ALL HAPPY.

I hope others read these reviews prior to ordering ANYTHING from these BOZOS.

I had the same problem. Only received a black case.

After several emails and starting a Paypal claim I did receive my money back.
So keep sending them emails and you will get your money back.

So persevere in return of money!!!!

At first the tried to give me 50% refund, after that they did an offer for 65% and in the last email they offered 100%

Horrible feeling to think you may have been scammed to then read all these reviews and realise, yep, I just got screwed too. Ordered two small projectors for Xmas. Tried tracking order, not valid, and then clicked to go to site to find the site is now closed 'unavailable'. Emailed and they don't answer email. SO disappointed & upset.
Can't believe they advertise on FB, Amazon, Etsy and other so called reputable sites. Because of this I thought they could be trusted, thought wrong. Very wrong.

This is a scam-site!! Don't be fooled by the PayPal-logo or Mastercard logo.

Have a funny feeling I just got screwed. Ordered a small projector. The site is now closed and they don't answer email. Can't follow on the order. Luckily it was only 20$ but still a disappointment.

I was waiting for more than 2 weeks when i i tried to enter in the website to track my order, i reaized that it doesn't exist anymore

Ordered the mini projector and all I got was a black case and it took almost 2 months for that case to come in. I emailed them numerous of times for updates for tracking no response and why all they sent was a black case.. Don’t order from them I think this is a SCAM.......

I’m from South Africa. Caronan is a scam. I ordered Caronan flat iron and I was not getting any confirmatory response of my purchase for about a week. I emailed them enquiring about my order, someone called Jieyi replied and said they didn’t have it in stock, I then requested a refund. Instead of refunding me as stated on their Return/ Refund policy, suddenly the flat iron was sent, only to find that it wasn’t working. I emailed them again about the item not working. Again instead of honoring the Return/Refund policy, they offered to refund me 10% of what i paid if I agree to keep the straightener as it was going to cost more money to ship the item back to them and they even suggested that I give the item charity. I refused and asked for all my money back as it’s stated on their Refund policy, they offered to give me 20% and then later 30% of my money. I want all my money back. I paid R620 for the item including the shipping costs. I want my money back. Ratu Rampa

Bought a home planetarium. Received a mail after 2 weeks with a "tracking code". Doesn't work. Waited another 2 weeks to see if it might arrive. It doesn't. Ordering online is simple. You get an order, you pack it, label it, send it. This website is simply a gimmick. Luckily I ordered through PayPal, where it's easy to get a refund.

I am Seda. I ordered purple winter boots mobth ago. It is a total disappointment.. I already sent an email.. Asked many times kindly.. I am going to Japan for my honeymoon... Its such a big deal.. My foot size is 39.. I ordered 40.. In case its small...

It was such a bad experience with your store.. I dont even shop online.. This one was special. I live in Vietnam.. Not easy to find winter boots.. Thats why I shopped online.. Why did you send those small size boots.. Why.. You are like overseas.. I sent emails to make it sure.. You did not care..!!!

And even worse.. After I sent an email when I had the boots, tou replied and said "Please send the photos, receipt.. We will solve your problem. I sent all required photos and documents, you did not reply. I sent an email every a few days. Nobody got back to me. Now its more that 14 days since I received them, you will say" Sorry its been 14 days, you cant return them.. "

It was a total disappointment to buy stuff from your store. I will never recommend anyone. Its not because I am not happy with the itel I order, its because you dont care!! You dont reply. Why do you even sell stuff overseas!!????? You cant handle it. I lost 31usd thanks to you..

They are scam I order a flat iron I saw fron Facebook. n the tracking number doesnt work.soo freaking mad.
Noone order from them.
