I’ve been a client of Carnaby Laser Clinic for several years and have always had a consistently positive experience. Uzma and Shazma are highly professional, knowledgeable and take a genuinely personalised approach to each treatment.

What stands out is their honesty and care. They take the time to understand your needs, explain options clearly and never make you feel rushed or pressured. The treatments I’ve had have all delivered great results, and I’ve always felt in safe and capable hands.

I would highly recommend Carnaby Laser Clinic to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality aesthetic treatments.

So. When you are in there, it’s clean & tidy and the staff seem nice, but what I have been finding is that trying to get them to answer an email or return a phone call is like trying to wake the dead. I am so incredibly frustrated and now, very angry. There are real implications, like the fact I am going away and really needed to hear back from them regarding a follow on treatment before going. Now the money I spent on my initial treatment feels like a total waste. It’s a really poor experience. It’s actually really rude of them and has disrupted my plans and left me totally baffled by how they think it’s okay to just ignore customers who have already spent money with them.

I’ve been coming to carnaby laser clinic ever since it opened and have had an amazing experience. Prior to coming here I went to a chain laser clinic and the results weren’t great but after one session here I saw great results. The staff here are so friendly and nice too. Makes the experience 10x better. They also do a lot of other great treatments which I’ve also had done.

I booked a laser teeth whitening treatment and was asked to make a £25 refundable deposit to ensure I attended. I did attend and had the treatment which made a synod difference to my teeth and then they tried to talk me into paying out more money to buy home teeth whitening kits. The manager wasn’t in when I arrived for the appointment and was told she’d be in by the time I left to make the deposit refund. She didn’t turn up and they got her on the phone and she said she would call me back in an hour to take my bank details and transfer my deposit back. I didn’t receive a call back at all so I emailed and gave my bank details for the deposit. That was over a week ago and still no response.
If you value your hard earned cash, I would recommend you try another clinic as the results of the teeth whitening were no different to when I went in and they have kept my deposit despite my efforts to contact them.

Laser burns

I had spent so long trying to find on a clinic that worked with different skin types, being that I am mixed race. I found Carnaby Laser Clinic via social media which boasted use for all skin types. I booked the year long full body laser removal package with them and spent the first 10 months getting laser at their Cavendish branch square.
All had gone well, the results were really good in terms of hair removal and I have been diligent in pre/post care for my skin.
After firing one of their employees - I had a session with a new therapist who had none of my records of what had been done to date. Due to this a "best guess" approach was used which has now left me with severe laser burns on my arms and legs.
I contacted the store and sent photos of the burns. The manager was more interested in making the whole process being my fault and refusing any liability as I looked "tanned" in the photos (despite having never seen me pictures of me to compare or having met me in person...not to mention the fact I am mixed race...). There was no concern expressed for the fact that I now need to keep my whole body covered for months in order to try and avoid pigmentation issues, or that I am having to apply burn gel in order to make it through the day at my desk.
The only offer of help was more treatments i.e chemical peels to try and get rid of the damage that has been caused in months time when it is hopefully healed.
I cannot complete the course of treatments available and any refund was point blankly refused.
Save yourself the pain and don't go here.

I booked a Zoom Teeth Whitening treatment with this clinic after finding a offer with Wowcher.

Let's start with the booking process - upon phoning the clinic, the girl on the phone was happy to fit me in until she learned I was a Wowcher customer. At that point, she realised they were "fully booked" for about 8 weeks and was quick to advise me to get a refund from Wowcher.

However, having spent almost £100, I wanted to go ahead with the treatment - after some bargaining, the girl found a free slot 4 weeks after my initial call, which I happily took.

I attended the appointment and the "dentist" (not sure she actually is a practitioner) spent a lenghty amount of time in explaining various treatment options along with their pros and cons (even though I had booked a specific one) - if did feel that the underlining message was for me to purchase a home kit.

The treatment itself lasted 45 minutes and was fairly OK - the dentist used a teeth colour chart before/after to agree on the immediate treatment results. It was hard to compare shades of white under poor lighting in the cabin and it felt I was pushed to agree that the treatment worked wonders, when I could not actually see any noticeable differences.

I had taken a photo pre-treatment in natural lighting in my home, and upon taking the same photo today, with the same lighting conditions, I can unfortunately say there is 0 difference in my teeth colouring.

Avoid making the trip to this clinic for Teeth Whitening. They might be good for waxing or other kinds of treatment.

I will be writing to Wowcher providing evidence of the above to ask for the refund I should have gone for in the first place.

All the ladies who work at the clinic are so nice and attentive. Would recommend this clinic to anyone. Also had the best results with laser hair removal and hydrafacial!
