Please avoid. Not good.

Car mats ordered in october. After lots of excuses they eventually arrived in January. Rear mats did not fit properly. Spoke to Carmelo agent who said they would replace. Nothing since. That has been months now and they are ignoring my emails. Seriously avoid as it's a lot of money to pay. Will publish email trail on twitter. Complaint to trading standards sent.

Do not order from this company! I paid extra for express shipping within 10 days. Took 8 weeks for order to arrive and they refuse to refund me the express delivery cost. Awful company

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RIP OFF COMPANY

We bought a tailor made boot liner from this firm on Amazon and it stated that it would be 3-5 days and it took nearly 5 weeks. But then when it came it didn't fit at all , it was all to big and didn't line up properly. Sent them a message and they asked for pictures which we sent off. We have now messaged them 4 times and through face book and we haven't had a reply. Dont listen to the fake reviews just do not buy anything from this firm as they will rip you off

DO NOT BUY FROM CARMELO. Customer service is copy and paste responses and passive aggressive excuses as to why your product/order cannot be cancelled. Once a refund was requested there was no response.
The product arrived nearly 2 months after purchase and was not as described, it arrived in 6 pieces and did not fit the vehicle.
Massively regret choosing this company, never again.

Very very bad experience …

I ordered car mats for jaguar xj on Feb 18th 2022 ,while I am writing this review on 31March 2022 I mentioned here don't get cheated by this company ,they send me ems track number on 6th of march 2022 but its not working at all I lost my . Too much advertising via online, social platforms to get attention from common people but once u payed u will lose money. I don't know these people are here giving positive feedback r they genuine or not if anyone wants detail about my order I can provide with details. Now I am updating one more from above company when I review in my experience the company now sending email stating that I am using nasty words plz check did I used nasty words or not .

If I could give this company zero stars…

If I could give this company zero stars I would not hesitate. First off the car mats arrive weeks later than what the tracking info stated. Secondly when they arrive they seem to be made of cheap material. Thirdly, it was suppose to be "custom made" to fit in your vehicle. FALSE. Does not fit like advertised. There is no customer service number to call. When you email the support team, they do not reply back. Complete rip off. Spend your money somewhere else.

Absolute waste of money

Absolute waste of money. I paid £145 for a "custom boot liner, designed to match the shape of your vehicle" (a 2018 Volvo XC90). What I got was 8, yes 8, different pieces of matting, 5 plastic clips and some pieces of sticky backed velcro.
The quality is poor, lots of unfinished edges and loose threads. The suggestion that this would keep the boot area clean from dirt is laughable. There are gaps between the mats and areas of the floor exposed. The 3 pieces of matting that are to be applied to the rear of the back seats simply fell off after a couple of miles. I bought more velcro strips and applied them, but with the same result.
If you have a car that is beautifully quiet to drive, you won't after installing a Carmelo boot liner! The squeaking from the boot area with the 8 pieces rubbing together is constant.
The website says you can track your order.
No, you can't. Using the link in the confirmation email or by following the link on the website provides zero information.
Maybe that's because the courier, EMS Worldwide Express Mail Service, doesn't do tracking information from the Yingze District in China?!
It took 6 weeks for this to arrive and to say it is disappointing would be a massive understatement.
The car mats advertised may be OK, but a boot liner made up of 8 pieces, is a total waste of money.

After nearly three months no mats. This company does not exist. Just try and get their phone number. There is no possibility of contacting them, they take your money and do not supply the goods. THEY ARE NOT UK BASED. Do not part with your money.

Buyer beware, definitely the worst company I have ever dealt with.

After numerous emails with the same excuses they give everyone else the mats finally turned up after two months. Like a few others I thought this was a UK company but it isn’t and they come from China, had I known that I wouldn’t have ordered them. Awful packaging with the mats just being squashed up in a box. Spent hours trying to get them to fit correctly to no avail, there are gaps everywhere which look awful and there isn’t even a cut out for the bonnet release catch so the mat has to rest on the top of it! At their request I sent photographic proof that the mats do not fit on the 17th Feb and still no reply.
Read very carefully through past negative reviews as every time a bad one is left it is followed very quickly by good reviews so you can make your own mind up about that one!

I order my boot liner just after…

I order my boot liner just after Christmas 2021. It took nearly 5/weeks to arrive ( because they are made in China). I t didn't fit. Their no hassle money back policy is all but that. I had to have have another one sent to me, which never turned up. I was promised a refund 2weeks ago and I still haven't received it.
Don't USE THIS COMPANY. Terrible CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCT

Do not order from here. Waited months for delivery and when they came totally incorrect. Did not in anyway fit my car. Waste of money. They don't respond to emails with photos showing incorrect fit. Buy elsewhere.

Awful experience

As many have stated here. I ordered these mats in Nov 2021 didn’t receive until mid January 2022. Of course they do not fit. Sent email(s) with photos and citations of their own refund/replace policy(s). Was assured they were sending a replacement. Followed up with them 8 times over the course of a month and finally received a new tracking number. Was instructed to wait 7 days for it to be live in USPS. Waited 6 weeks still USPS had not received anything to ship. Sent them an email with documentation of this and asking for resolution. Received an automated email. Sent one final email again requesting acknowledgment/action from the company as the window for dispute is now coming to a close and got nothing not even an automated response. Save yourself the headache, spend your money elsewhere.

This has got to be one of the worst…

This has got to be one of the worst purchases I have ever made, I had to wait 7 weeks for the item to arrive and when it did finally arrive, the mats didn't even fit my car, the details I gave were accurate, so the specifications they have for the Alfa Romeo 147 are completely wrong. They never gave me a refund after asking several times. After several emails to them and finally getting a response I was told there was a delay because of the amount of orders they were having and was told that it could be up to 2 months before they were even made, if your having problems with taking orders, tell your customers and put a notification on your website. The other thing that is a bit of Avon, they claim to be a UK company but the products are made in Beijing China and not the UK. The quality of the products are very poor and they look very cheap and nasty, not real leather. I advise to avoid at all cost, I won't be using them again just to save a few quid, pay a bit extra and get something decent. Their mats cost me £150.40 which probably cost pennies to make.

Not fit for purpose! Boot mat is tiny

I really had high expectations with these mats as there is a lot of good reviews on a whole, so I ordered a boot mat for my vw transporter t6.
It arrived reasonably quickly from China but straight away without unpacking it I could tell it was wrong, I opened it and i was right, it was tiny, not fit for purpose as its no good for the boot of my van, I supplied carmelo with everything needed when I ordered and more model, year, make etc and still was sent the wrong mat, I understand mistakes are made I just hope this mistake can be rectified quickly, and lessons can be learned from this, I've emailed carmelo let's hope someone cares

Had problems with tracking number so I contacted Tommy at customer services, who them went out of his way to find out what had happened. Absolutely brilliant service would recommend to anybody. Quality of goods very good.

My order story, Read before purchase for own good

I never review as I hardly complain about anything but I placed my order on the 31st of Jan, it said my order would be confirmed with in 17 days so the 17 days went over and I give 3 days grace had no news whats so ever. Then sent a email asking for some kind of news and boom all of a sudden I had a email with delivery details with a tracking number and now a new problem had come around.

The tracking number doesn't even exist I had waited the 4 days to see if it would pop up but nope nothing so Ive tried to get in contact with their customer service and I've had no reply now.

So updated 21st/March/2022

As soon as put this comment on trust pilot I had a reply the next morning with my issue fixed.

The order was sent to my local post room since the 2nd of March and I didn't even know because someone on their end as normal ignore emails.

I'm happy this has been put to rest but now the company are asking me to delete the comment that is totally unacceptable and highly unprofessional.

I am away with work but won't be back until the 25th when I will finally see the products.

I pray the product is worth the hassle and wait.

Finally got then in but sadly there's more problems.

Good news is the front fit but is a nightmare to install due to how the package is just rolled up and thrown in to a package. I had to literally hold the material to mould it but after a few minutes they're in.

Now the big problem, the back seats don't fit flush and looks super cheap, the stitching is abysmal, foam sticking out from the side and so much loss threads.

I'm now gonna send a email back with pictures and pray I can put this to bed as it's not a enjoyable experience.
