If you are looking to Sub-Meter a property - KEEP LOOKING ELSEWHERE

If you are looking to Sub-Meter a property, be careful with using this company if you are a landlord.
NO LANDLORD agreement in place and every new "Account Set-up" attracts a $75.72 "occupancy fee". So when a tenant moves out and it reverts to the LANDLORD - each time there is a $75.72 fee. There is NO site visit required - just a new account opened.
Not reasonable - as the BIG utility companies have Landlord agreements in place.
