Not too good to be true
I had never heard of Carlton Leisure before, they came up with the best prices for some return flights to Orlando. I was a bit nervous booking but went for it. I had no problems with the booking process, I have my tickets and flights confirmed in my BA app, so now I can just look forward to my holiday.

Fixing an Overbooked Flight
I received a voice message and an email from Ronald, telling me that my flight was fully booked and needed to be changed. Ronald quickly booked me on another flight (albeit the next day) and compensated me with making the booking flexible and allowing me to check in luggage, which was appreciated.

Made a booking and didn't receive a ticket. Called to cancel before receiving the ticket and was charged an exorbitant fee for cancellation that was not disclosed beforehand and this was even before a ticket was even issued to me

Exceptional customer service from Angela

Flight details showed 2pc 23kg each luggage but at the airport they told us only 20kg was allowed
