I was to get a key replacement at 185 quid only for the key specialist to get there and said it was not a key problem . Car solutions charged 150quid for diagnostics and it was even a wrong diagnostics. Found out later that it was the fuel pump . 150 pounds for wrong diagnostics .

From the beginning of the process the service was seamless. My requested call-back was quick and courteous, the costs were explained and I was offered a slot the same day even though it was not an emergency. In addition to the replacement key the technician checked an existing key that was failing to operate properly.
I had used this company before when my car arrived with only one key.

Easy honest reasonable

Had a broken ignition barrel in my car and with 30 mins lock replaced and had new key and problem was gone.

Speed, efficiency, quality of workmanship was very professional. It was a bit expensive but worth it. You get what you pay for.

I had Stefan come out to my car, and he was fantastic! The service was quick, professional, and efficient. They were able to book me in on the next working day, which was a great turnaround. Really happy with the service and would definitely recommend them.

Absolutely fine service, transparent with costs and arrived within the hour. The engineer got in to my vehicle and retrieved the key I’d locked in the boot and cut me a new one, all programmed for a decent price. Definitely would use them again, highly recommended.

Watford St Albans Road, can't recommend enough polite helpful and professional great service, even turned my car around for easy access onto road. Vauxhall show room wouldn't entertain going to charge me approx 180 for new key, got mine repaired cut whatever for 60, 6 months guarantee. Happy lady.

Price is high for a key to be cut and programmed but I didn’t check from anyone else as they are on my doorstep
But I’m sure it’s competitive
And I didn’t have a spare key so too me it was good value as if I’d lost my only key I wouldn’t like to quess how much it would be to sort
So I’m completely satisfied
