I have tried over and over to get a refund and they’re of no help!!i research this company and i found their support number which is i reach out the company they helped me in doing an return on my order o I received the shipping information and refund on my order from this company Very helpful and professional.

They have changed their name again. Laura Store Fashion. Cheap clothing, one item smells terribly of chemicals. Return process leaves high uncertainty of ever seeing any money back.

Stay away!! The items took 1.5 months to arrive. When I tried to return them, the company strung me along. I sent 3 emails asking for an address or return label. Then they said: "Sorry 7 days is our window for returns."
I am in a big dispute with the credit company now. What an unpleasant experience!

I am sorry it happened to all of us, we got scammed by that Nord, Carine Store, Shopovia or whatever name they have at the moment of advertising. Pictures are catchy and nice but products are lousy, cheap, customer service non existent, telling us our returns have not arrived yet... I called my cc company and I believe more of us are calling our cc maybe something will be done. We learned our lessons - next time to really check who is advertising and what is their return policy. Not sure how to report that to Facebook/ Instagram etc. Hope to figure it out soon too. Sad people make business this way.

Absolutely NO STARS for this company/or FAKE website whatever this is. I bought a pair of boots, these fools play with tracking and update it as they see fit. The tracking showed several different locations/status at different times, which one would think its moving, but today a month and half later the tracking shows PENDING....all the other information is gone. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD I will post this review on Google, Facebook, Snap, and all other media devices, in case it helps ONE other person not go through this!!
Common Courtesy in business is to reach out to your customers....no contact, no assistance NOTHING

I’ve tried to return or exchange my coat since it came in JANUARY....never any response! No receipt!!! Called my bank - now I’m calling my Credit Card Company to investigate for fraud! I’m 75...it’s pathetic ! Is this a scam? I paid 92.00 for a coat to sit in a bag!!!

I ordered from them in September 2020, and three weeks later when my order arrived, I realized it was a cheap knock off and not at all what was advertised online. (Should have read these reviews beforehand!!!)
However, I complied with their ridiculous return instructions, including sending photos next to a yardstick to prove it was not as listed. I paid $25 to return the items back to Italy, and their return department has "never received the items."
Luckily I was able to dispute this with my credit card, but do not wait too long- I kept getting the message for months that the return had not been processed, which is an obvious delay tactic. As they're not a US company, it's not possible to file with the Better Business Bureau, so having to settle with writing a review here.

Unfortunately I read the reviews after I ordered.I also ordered the "cute oversized" raincoat that looked so appealing online.It did not state that it was in US dollars so my $92. coat was $120. I ordered a Large and they sent XS. It is really really cheaply constructed and garbage material. It was my first ever online order (I am a senior) and stupidly I thought it was from Nordstrom as the company was Nord! My fault. But the total lack of customer service and having to return it to Italy with NO guarantee of money back is absurd. There were no return instructions in the package -- I agree with the person who said just drive along and throw your money lout of the window--- perhaps someone can make use of it! So much for my online purchase experience.

I have been trying to find out how to return and item that I waited over a month for with no answers to the questions I asked. Now my problem is I can't get anyone to chat with to know how to return the item.
I hate to send it back item mail tag is not the name ...in Cranberry, NJ.. I just want to return the unopened item.

To report that this company goes by different names. I had my bad experience. Although the item arrived after months it was not as advertised wrong size, and also no refund - request cancellation within 6 hours and they still charge. also note that in correspondence, you will get different sites - NORD company, sibyl company and carine are all the same scam. Awful. lesson learned.

I had criticized in June 2020
My May order has still not arrived and It's 2021 january 4. After over 75 emails and gift card promises, today I received a fake link to a fake CANADA POST, with no address, stating that my order arrived 2020 May 7th and they could not refund me or not give a gift card. Fraudulent company. Thieves. Links do not work and emails are not read. No compassion for customers. Don't buy anything.

Après plus de 75 courriels et des promesses d'une carte cadeau, aujourd'hui j'ai reçu un faux lien vers un faux POSTE CANADA, sans adresse, indiquant que ma commande était arrivée le 7 mai et qu'ils ne pouvaient me rembourser ou ne donner une carte cadeau. Compagnie frauduleuse. Des voleurs. Les liens ne fonctionnent pas et les courriels ne sont pas lus. Aucune compassion pour les clients. N'achetez rien.

Jesus - not even a -star rating would describe this "store"! I wish I had read all of the reviews before I ordered anything from this unbelievably bad inline store! 6 months in - I've only recieved one of the items ordered, and no money back on the items that never showed up. Customer "service" keeps promising - never deliver. Fooled, hopefully others will read prior ordering and not be in the same situation.

Please know that if you want to return an item - there will be multiple emails, many instructions, and many days passed only to find out that you have to return the item at your own cost and send it back to ITALY!!! It will be so expensive to ship that it doesn't make sense to return it. This company clearly has no conscience. Shame on them!

Absolute terrible customer service!!
If I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD! Tried to return a jacket which was of horrible quality and fit. Contacted their return department and was told to mail back to ITALY At MY COST. They asked for multiple pictures of the item over and over again before providing a return code and mailing instructions + recipient. Only for me to get that package back a month later as the recipient refused to accept the package in Italy. After contacting them again asking why the package was refused I was told to to provide pictures 2x of the post ID. A day later they advised they can't locate the return tracking and I should sent the package again overseas- at my cost!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME - NEVER EVER AGAIN.

Just received my order placed on 10/14. Took 2 weeks to receive. I am very pleased with my order, a raincoat. I emailed for help with tracking the order since the initial tracking numbers did not work. Once I got the right number, I was able to track it through USPS. package arrived in perfect condition. Product is quality expected, fit is perfect, & love the style & color

I saw an ad for this company on FB and ordered a raincoat back in August.
The merchandise never arrived and they keep giving the same lame excuse. It is hard to understand how they are still in business and does FB not vet the ads they allow?

DONT SPEND ANY MONEY O THIS STORE THEY ARE LIARS THIEFS U WILL NEVER GET UR ITEMS OR MONEY. I HAVE BEEN WAITING SINCE APRIL FOR A ITEM. THAT THEY CLAIM WAS LOST. I REORDERED IT SPENT MORE OF MY MONEY ON THIS ITEM AGAIN AND I STILL NEVER GOT NOTHING THIS COMPANY IS CRAP BUNCH OF THIEFS. THEY WONT REFUNED ME AT ALL THEY KEEP GIVING ME THE SAME BULLCRAP LIES. Absolutely horrible service.. skirt never arrived.. asked to return the tops and was told they were the correct size and to measure them. When I returned from a trip., I responded and wanted to send them back. Then was told the two weeks was up on the time limit to return and had to keep them.
