Great service and beautiful caricature. Communication is excellent. I received rapid responses by email, detailed descriptions of what would be done and the caricature was completely within days despite an expected time frame of 1-2 weeks. They were able to incorporate about a dozen items in the background to personalise the caricature at no additional cost and were willing to make some requested minor revisions. Would definitely recommend this service and use it again.

Great service & communication from the Caricature team, they made my vision come true with my drawing & got all the details right, the print is vibrant in colour & clear on quality poster paper. Also a very quick turnaround including postage. Hubby loves his gift which I had done for his 50th bday of him & his beloved custom built car. Everyone at his party commented & or asked where the drawing came from.
The only regret for me was not purchasing a canvas over a poster print as I now have to have a frame custom made for the specific size I ordered (& they aren't cheap). I think even just having the digital file would have been sufficient with the ability to print this. Overall very happy with my purchase & my teenage now wants one !

Provided what I requested in less than the time quoted. I had several questions before going into production and they responded in a reasonable amount of time. We needed a quick turn around and they supplied. The file they provided was easy to use for adding a few things we forgot to request. Would recommend to anyone needing a caricature.

I'd give 0 stars if I could! I ordered over 2 weeks ago and still no digital proof, no response to emails or messages that say instant reply! At this point, a Christmas gift idea was ruined and I just want my money back!!

I don't know how to thank you enough!! My mum is absolutely going to love it!! Now everytime she looks at the wall she will smile remembering her best friend of over 50 years! The art work is fantasic, the service was second to none and so quick! I certainly would recommend everyone creating memories for your family and friends this way. Than you so much!

Caricature was great as I did not send them a quality photo so they had to fill in the blanks on the hair and disregard other things that were in the pic as well.

What a great experience with customer service we needed a few changes on the proof that was sent and they fixed everything to our specifications. They took people from several pictures to make one. Our picture came out great. I would recommend using this company for your caricature pictures.

I wanted to order caricatures for some Christmas gifts this year and I am so happy with how all of them turned out. As soon as I saw the emailed drawing, it made me smile. ☺️ The printed photo copies turned out great as well. The caricature drawings I ordered included people, dogs and a pet iguana. The process was super easy through the website and communications were timely. The only suggestion I have is to provide a smaller size (i.e. 8x10). It looks like the smallest size right now is 11x14 which worked out great for these gifts. But, it might be nice to have a smaller option size available. If you're looking for a cute gift, I highly recommend Caricature24.

Easy process to arrange, very quick service and excellent picture

This company was very helpful, cooperative, understanding, and up front about every aspect of the process. They worked with me on changes and additions to my caricature and completed it within a timely fashion. I am very pleased with the result and grateful for their help and communication. Our caricature turned out perfect! We received the jpeg several days before expected. The artist listened to the feedback we had and drew what we asked for. Such a fun way to do our holiday cards this year!

First caricature was great the last one was much simpler and was awful. No detail whatsoever in an extremely simple character. It showed that whoever drew it put very little effort into it. I probably won’t use the company again. I’m disgusted with what was produced.

I have now used Caricature24 twice and it is such an esay way to order a unique gift. The process is easy, the turnaround time is very fast and the end product that has been delivered both times has been incredible. Highly recommend.
