They were very helpful through the whole process and dropped my APR by 10%. And saved me a 100 dollar a month on my payment.
I would definitely recommend them, only down fall is it's a slow process.

Terrible bait and switch
Terrible bait and switch. They try to sell you gap insurance and caribou key lost protection. They don’t discuss any of the fees until they send the loan paperwork and if yah don’t read it you wouldn’t know it was there. $699 for service loan fee and then $900 for a lost key fee? Lastly I told them I didn’t want any of those services and they still hid it on there. Almost added $2,000 to my loan for no reason. Stay away.

The process was not a simple one as…
The process was not a simple one as promised . It was not a user friendly « on line format. » Also what was proferred as saving money on my présent car payments had Hidden costs such as mandatory gap insurance and a « one time contribution to Tower Finance for their community projects . There was a 64 page contract that I had to read online and initial and sign in various places throughout. Felt like a « bait and switch «
Also signing with a notary online was not as easy as promised and finally it has been 2 weeks since I submitted all my documentation and I have yet to hear from Tower or see my Approval papers. I tried to call Caribou to check status of this car Loan and it was impossible to find someone who could actually help me ascertain status of this Loan.

I can’t give 5 stars because I wasn’t told directly by them that there would be a 500 or more charge to do this. It may have been in the papers I signed but it wasn’t obvious without reading all the fine print.
