I booked a holiday through Caria Holidays for my family, including my child with special needs. While the initial service seemed promising, we faced some issues with suitability and communication during the trip. Despite these challenges, they were somewhat helpful when resolving problems. Room for improvement, but still a decent agency overall. 4 stars.

Best customer service, They arranged my Santorini holiday and it was a solo travel perfect holiday ever very reliable and helpful hotel staff as well everything was booked arranged perfectly definitely arranging another holiday

I have booked several North Cyprus holidays with Caria and they have always been very helpful and efficient, even during the covid restrictions.

First of all we went in Caria holidays with an excitement thinking they will help us seeing our child with special needs. We’ve asked for the best hotel ignore the money but somewhere suitable for our daughter and family to enjoy and rest, we were told to book an hotel that really is amazing and suitable and we have we trusted! From day one entering the hotel we new it wasn’t suitable for us called up so many times but they thought they were helpful with asking for more money to change or not even the half refund to leave the hotel! They were just ridiculous I’ve told many times this holiday will be for my daughter with needs! Not happy! Won’t buy from them again and will ask family friend not too aswell…

Initially, it is crucial for them to learn how to show respect to clients of various religious as well as nationality backgrounds.
Additionally, they should prioritize punctuality in delivering booking or reservation information. There seems to be a lack of understanding regarding different types of documentation.

Furthermore, their phone conversations and behavior are excessively rude, exhibiting both aggressive and arrogant mannerisms, which is highly inappropriate. It is unpleasant that they conceal fee payments and are not transparent or honest with their clients.

I definitely do not recommend this agency to anyone.

Excellent service from start to finish. Kerem was ever so helpful and quick in booking our flights direct from London to Malatya and keeping us updated. His service was exceptional. Had no issues at the airport either with ticket/ticket information. Will definitely use Caria holidays again in the future. Regards - Aynur & Tim

Great service as ever from Caria Holidays and our dealings with Kerem were fab. We much prefer to use a specialist travel agent and Caria are experts in Turkish holidays.

Amazing service, very friendly!

Such a beautiful, comfortable, and fun resort!! The staff was very helpful and hard working. Particularly enjoyed the woman preparing the filled breads on the grill. Always smiling, kind, and hard working to please the guests. We had such a great time with the entertainment and the food was delicious!! Will definitely visit again and thanks to each of you for all of your hard work. Impressive and honorable.
