Do your homework before buying anything…

Do your homework before buying anything from anyone
Sold my car to them. They sold me one that was not what they claimed it to be. Bought it back and got a refund, thankfully 😅
(After 600kms return trip and they knew i lived in the country!)
Before i got a refund i was shown a really poor condition vf ute that was obviously on its way out and priced very highly. He said the ex owner was, to and from, airport worker-not likely as this thing creaked and groaned on 240000kms
The one he had previously sold me, he said was, “an old ladys car”. Looking though log books stated “ young inexperienced hoon” by the previous number plates😳
(The only reason why i got a response was because i mentioned i do online reviews)
They never gave me my plates back from my car that i had sold them
Their attitude was to sell and lie as much as possible. Be your best friend and persuasive
You have to be on your toes
Its so hard these days when you cannot trust anyone, be it a private sale or a caryard!
Please be aware and cautious ✅

ConHub

Carhub is run by a bunch of disgusting shameless scammers. After selling us a complete lemon with major engine failures the moment the car was driven out of the car yard, months of what I would call torture ensued. Adib and his team are untrustworthy conmen who resell cars with major mechanical issues knowingly. Along with this, they love to bump up their earnings with false warranty guarantees.

For a company who seem to have hours of time on their hands to be able to respond to 1 star google reviews and even make up their own, they seem to never be in the office.

Adib and his minions had every chance to do the right thing, but instead they delayed, deceived, and attempted to intimidate us into dropping the issue. They refused to take phone calls, ignored emails for weeks, and when forced to act, only did so after the threat of legal action became very real.

Do yourselves a favour and do not purchase a car from here.

Adib and Carhub, don’t even bother responding to this review with your pathetic AI generated apology.

I have documented the repeated lies

I have documented the repeated lies in texts and such. Worst car buying experience ever and I'm old. They will lie to your face while smiling. Broken promises and lies to cover up lies. Better have a mechanic check the car before buy. After that, you are on your own! My car has had a serious transmission issue since I drove it off the lot. My mechanic found the trans issue code that was not showing up on the dashboard. If JS is assigned to help you get service, you are screwed. He's been stringing me along for months with broken promises and lie after lie. He comes up with every excuse in the book to avoid getting my issue fixed. After 2 months waiting for a repair, I was told I'm still at the bottom of the list! He and the manager where I bought my car also tried to make it clear to me that he answers to no one, so there is no one to complain to. If he was so important then why does he need approval from other departments to get things done on time? He promised to pick up my car this week but has ignored my messages to do so. Nobody takes responsibility for failure. Car also had other obvious accidents not on the Carfax. After 4 months I finally called him out on his lies and then he threatened me to show up at CarHub the next day. I'm 60.
