Safe and trustworthy service
Although there was a slight delay, all my belongings were transported and delivered safely. From Berlin to Trier, the two far extreme cities of Germany. Quite frankly, I don't think there is another service provider that can match them. From now on they are the only ones for any transport. Thank you very much.

Estimated delivery was 10 Days but they made it in 4 days. Second time shipping with them, both times everything worked great. (Truck shipping in Europe)

The collection was succesfull. The problem was, that the sender had two shipments to collect and both without a label.
Our driver got the wrong one and that's why it was delayed one day.
We still managed to make the delivery on time, so there is no reason to worry.

Very unprofessional and irresponsible all over in a lost cargo case
We had an express delivery booked from Berlin to south of Germany and it was promised of course to deliver on time. Even our receiver was waiting on the location in standby to receive the package was not delivered at all. Following up on this delay/ loss they came up with many different stories, beginning with the driver said there was nobody at receiver location and so he returns it to the local warehouse. Which was confirmed from this driver about 30 min after failure of delivery. Funny is that their warehouse is around 1 hour drive away if the driver would race his car. After several phone calls it was confirmed, the package never left Berlin, and excuses in the following discussions on phone and email stated they stop working with the transporter anymore, so all the blame on the hired transport company. Unbelievable phone calls over a period of 1 month and finally we had to claim the lost package. Since the deadline of delivery was now over 21 days after promised express delivery, we claimed the package and the for and back took about 5 months to get a final rejection of insurance payment for it, 1990 EURO gone. But the package showed somehow up again and was unannounced delivered to our Berlin address, now with month delay we alredy bougth the machine inside new as production was losing money. Well, this is to little space here to get the whole picture. They hung up on me in a phone call because they could not take my outrage about a lost 1990 Euro express delivery, and the now extreme failure of production cused by this loss.
And just now at the very end they say their insurance covers just 350 Euro for the total value. All over I booked transportation with other operators in Germany for the last 15 years and have NEVER lost anything at all. And we don't talk about a delay of a few days.

Hier lief tatsächlich einiges falsch, weswegen wir in Ihrer Region mittlerweile auch einen anderen Unternehmen einsetzen. Seit dieser Umstellung sind die Probleme dort Geschichte und wir können uns mit der wahren Qualität zeigen.
Da es sich bei Ihrem Fall letztendlich doch um keinen Schaden handelt, da die Ware wieder aufgetaucht ist, konnten wir Ihnen auch keine volle Regulierung anbieten und müssen uns auf die Spediteurshaftung beziehen, welche in Ihrem Fall unter dem eigentlichen Warenwert liegt.
Ich bedauere nochmals die Abläufe mit Ihrer Sendung.
