Still waiting for my pallet delivery – it’s been a week now. Service levels are well below what was promised. If I have to listen to their phone hold music one more time, I’ll go nuts.
This company didn't gave me my refund for the damage products that they carry, and i paid for the insurance. I already fill the complaint and prove with all ways that it was damaged by them this was their response "Even though subsequent proof was provided, analysis of the booking data indicates that the original shipment was not made on behalf of a registered company." They admitted i provided all prove. I made a complain in trust pilot about them and they said it wasn't made any report and this didn't happend. They are opening lying about what happened, if trustpilot would let me put screenshots i would show all the emails i changed with them.

I had a deeply disappointing experience with Cargoboard. The delivery was significantly delayed, causing major inconvenience. When I reached out to their customer service team, I was met with rude and unhelpful staff who showed no accountability for the issues. There was little effort to resolve the problem or even acknowledge the delay. I expected better from a company that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction. Would not recommend.

International delivery just "vanished" after being loaded onto the delivery vehicle. Questions are being blocked, I received no information, no contact to the delivery company, just "we investigate". Intransparent and incompetent.
They told me they know about problems with their delivery agent in PT, but they still use it and thus create issues for recipients in PT. Congratulations!
Update: Finally received the delivery.

The Service from Portugal to Spain is a disaster. It nornally takes 48 hours for any forwarder while with them it takes 10 days. Total waste of time

During transportation, they damaged my merchandise, even with all the warnings that it was fragile, they paid extra to have insurance from May to July, and they are still in the process and have not yet resolved the issue.

Disgraceful claim process! BE AWARE!
They dropped off a package with a racing bike that I had purchased, the package was damaged and so was the bike, my wife didn't sign for anything and the man delivering it quickly left our drive way as she came to greet him at the door. All of this caught on camera too.
After 2-months of back and forth they are willing to compensate a mere 25 EUR.
The box was completely damaged and the racing bike has several scratches on it which will cost me a lot more to have fixed.
Embarrassing service.

There tacking function and informations are crap !
They just as must other shipping agents blame the shipper etc.
Absolutely crap.
Their e-mail not work, their chat system just paste and copy from their useless tracking system etc.
After many mails from Trustpilot who there tried to get me change my review !!! But i just posted the truth !!

If I could give negative stars, I would.
We decided to work with this company after seeing several positive reviews—big mistake. Our actual experience has been a complete disaster.
We’ve shipped a total of 3 shipments with them.
The 1st shipment went fine.
The 2nd shipment? Delayed by 2 weeks and came with a hidden fee of €500 charged by their delivery partner—on top of the €300 shipping cost we had already paid. We reached out for support regarding both the delay and the inexplicable extra charge. Their response? “We’ve forwarded your case to the relevant team.” That was 2 months ago. We’ve followed up countless times, and still, no response.
While trying to sort out the 2nd shipment, the 3rd shipment began—and things went further downhill.
There was a significant delay with pick-up. After 5 days past the scheduled date, no one showed up. Again, we contacted support through every channel. Same response: “We’ve forwarded to the relevant team,” or “It will be picked up today.” All false promises. No action. No accountability.
We are a business, and working with them has caused us 1-star reviews, angry customers, and lost money.
If you're a business looking for a reliable logistics partner—run in the opposite direction. This was by far the worst experience we've ever had with a logistics company. Zero responsibility, zero results.
Trust the 1-star reviews you see here. We ignored them and learned the hard way.
Avoid at all costs.

Damage to my shipments (6-7 times so far)
Deliveries in wrong countries of my shipments (german and bulgarian shipments ended up in Italy!!)
When i contact support and ask 3 questions they only answer 1 or 2 (has happened multiple times)
When i contact support to ask where my shipment is they dont know themselves
In France i pay the +€7,50 for appointment for delivery, they never call to make an appointment but suddenly show up at my customers adress and when she is not there they charge me like €85 for a failed delivery?
Damage claim takes long and these people always try to not pay for the damages caused
