Great dealing with Aaron , very professional , simplifying the experience from the start .
After a little negotiating in a friendly atmosphere the deal was honest and painless . Wouldn’t hesitate to use again or recommend to friends .

I listed my car on Autotrader after receiving a relatively low offer direct from BMW on my 8 Series and also trying webuyanycar. Within a day I began receiving higher offers from Traders and in particular from Jason at Carfish who proposed a very good offer well beyond the original one I had from BMW and webuyanycar.
I arranged collection and Steve arrived very promptly on the day of collection, after a small bit of haggling on a tyre which had a bulge that I was unaware of they made a small adjustment to the price but I was still very satisfied with the outcome and the way that Steve handled the collection process.
Very efficient and painless, would highly recommend them to anyone considering selling their car.

Carfish team Steve and Corey visited me and, following a brief inspection of my Jeep Grand Cherokee, offered me the full price discussed with Jason the previous day. Ownership was transferred and the money in my account within a couple of minutes. A completely painless experience, with Steve and Corey friendly and professional throughout. No hesitation in recommending Carfish to anyone.

Put my car up for sale on Sunday, got a call on Monday, Catfish came to collect it on Tuesday.
The guys were really polite & friendly, made it very clear what the process was. A small bit of haggling but I was happy with the final price they offered me & a direct payment into my account before they took my car.

Received a call about a car listed on auto trader, was a little distrustful to start with but these guys were rock solid.

As long as you disclose everything you can expect to get the price you agree on the phone. We ended up agreeing slightly less after an in-person viewing as there were additional areas pointed out on inspection which we'd not factored in/weren't aware of. Still feel we got a very fair price and a great level of service from the guys though. Would recommend to anyone considering selling to look at Carfish.

Pick up from Steven was superb and professional. Made it so easy. In fact the overall end to end service was so easy - made selling my car at a challenging time so easy. AND I got a really good price for it:)

To say I was a little nervous selling my car this way was an understatement. The thought of someone travelling down driving my car away and then 2 days later the money transfer clearing my finance on the car made me concerned but the minute I spoke to Ollie and meet Steven I realised I had nothing to worry about. Steven was lively from the off and out my kind at rest. He was fair in his assessment of the car and carfish gave me a good price for my John Cooper Works Mini. Before leaving Steven sorted out the tax , log book and I was emailed a photo of the bank transfer of the money I was receiving. They also emailed me bank transfer of amount they had sent to settle the finance on the car. Yes it took a day to clear but it went through with no issues. Have to say it was a pleasant experience from start to finish selling my car with This company and would use them again. Thanks guys

I was contacted by Carfish from my ad in the Autotrader and spoke to Ollie. He was knowledgeable and professional and ended up making me a very good offer for my car. He explained that Carfish sell the cars into the trade and the process was very simple. I agreed to the price and we arranged a convenient date and time for the car to be appraised. Corey arrive exactly on time and he too was very knowledgeable and professional. He checked all the details of the car were as I had described and we went in a quick test drive. We then agreed the price and the money was transferred in minutes to my account. The whole process was hassle free and quick. I have never sold a car this way before but I needn’t have worried. The service I have received from start to finish has been amazing. I have dealt with Oliver in the office, who was extremely professional and courteous and did exactly what he said he would and a big thank you to Stephen for his lovely manner when he was assessing the car.

Carfish (Jason Fisher) called me after I advertised my Skoda Superb (SY16 YRW) for sale. He asked if there was any damage to the car, I mentioned some scuffs to the wheels, and we agreed a discounted price from the one advertised.
Corey came the next day to view and commented on how good the car looked for its age. However, on the 2021 service health report there were two areas of concern: the cambelt and the coolant pump. He then stated that Carfish (the intermediary) would get all of that fixed prior to handing the car over (the dealer). Corey, with Jason on the phone, requested a discount aligned with the required repairs while checking with Jason on the phone showing me discounted rates should they (the intermediary) carryout the repairs vs the dealer. I understood the logic and agreed to the discount as these mechanical issues needed fixing.
Today I see the car advertised on Autotrader by a company called Cedar Specialist cars in Mansfield, which rings a bell as Corey told me he was from Mansfield. After a bit of research on companies house, I found out that both companies (the intermediary, the dealer) share the same Director!
The advertisement states "Full-service history", however the 2021 service (the one showing the areas of concern) is omitted. I call and ask about the car asking about the service history, and I’m told by Gareth that it is full. When I raise that the 2021 service isn't in the picture, I am told that services are done on a manufacture alignment and not yearly. I then ask if the cambelt has been done, I'm informed it hasn't and that they wouldn't be doing this prior to selling as this would be for the new owner to check against the manufacturer’s guidance.
I have no issue with companies making money, however the games played when purchasing the car are not right and then selling a car whilst hiding known mechanical requirements is just wrong!!
I will be sharing these concerns with the Motor Ombudsman and Autotrader.

Whole thing was simple and transparent.
Agent was professional and pleasant to deal with.
